Store closed well before the posted time of 3am. At 2.48am the staff member already trashed the remaining slices, cleaned out the counter and was on his way out.Waste of gas, time and effort. Pls update your store hours if you cannot honor posted times.

I swear this is the worst pizza pizza. Several times I have been there only to find the store closed well before hours.This time I got my order (a slice) at 12:48 am. Decided to eat here. The girl said they are closing. I asked what time do you close she said 2 am.Because of the disgusting customer service here, I avoid Pizza pizza. It's only a last resort now.Time to start boycotting these business that show no respect or appreciation to their customers. There are lots of other small independent business that are so much more warm and kind to customers.

My pizza was burnt, terrible presentation and taste. The pizza was also dry and cold and very greasy. They have no respect for customers anymore

You guys have a camera so request to the branch manager , i park my car at the designated area but still don’t feel safe where it parks , secondly how would you allows your employees to use the headphone while working in the store pixza pizza. Disappointed told me to wait for a minutes not been 15 minutes no answer no reply m sitting like a Boss watching her on the phone right now 9:21 beside the pizza owen check camera if u have a doubt mean to say avoid to pick up here undisciplined, unethical, face like no comments watch it yourself her by yourself . Happened on 3rd july 2023 around in between 8-10 on Monday evening…. So improve your services i still got my order & well paid but this is not called professionalism …. I wasn’t feel to click or upload ut but she pushed me to do it untill she got a lesson of how to attend or avoid the customer or third party employee

I went to the store today at 1:45am to place the order and the guy with big hair came to the counter and asked yes what do you want and I said just give me a minute then in an attitude he said actually we are not taking the order and i asked him but you guys are open till 3 AM it’s 1:45 AM only again he said no we are not taking any order.If you guys are open till 3 AM how can you guys stop taking order before 1:15hr of your closing if you do not want to take the order then simply close the store.I have never seen this before at any other pizza pizza.It is like just insulting the customer.The way he replied he was so rude and arrogant he did not even apologize for inconvenience. I was not asking something for free.Absolutely a poor customer service.

Sad workers can’t get simple orders correct. Dipping sauces and for dipping only not spreading across the top of a pizza.Take my advice visit another location. These incompetent workers will not get your order correct.
