White Spot Duncan
Delicious! Stopped by for dinner on our way to Parksville and had a lovely time. The kids plate was a ship and my 4 year old had the best time eating her fish and chips and then playing with the ship afterwards (we may have even taken it with us and she has continued to play with it). My dad got the club sandwich on white, my mum got the fish and chips, and i got a mushroom burger. Service was excellent and food extremely tasty. We will be back!

Waited for half an hour with a small child. No one came to take our drinks or ask us if we had been served. There was next to no one in the restaurant. We were just getting up to leave when a waitress came over for our drinks. We explained we were thinking of leaving. She rolled her eyes at us, told us she had just taken an order for a group of ten and we were welcome to go. Then she walked away. Didn't apologize for the wait or anything. Very rude service.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I ordered breakfast this morning it was just horrible I tried phoning the restaurant so they can hopefully make things right and the manager was just so rude I had to hang up cuz I felt so uncomfortable. will not be returning.

Stopped in with a friend while shopping. Ordered our meals and coffee. Coffee arrived - my cup had crusty food residue all over the outside so asked somewhat indifferent waitress for a cup that was actually clean. The second cup was also crusty - waitress said he's just draining the dishwasher" as if that should somehow make it all alright. Waited and waited and waited for the third try - guess she was maybe trying to prove a point but the longer we waited

We were extremely satisfied with this White Spot restaurant in Duncan. The hostess who greeted us and Maiya, our server, were very kind and friendly. Although it took a little bit longer than a usual wait, the food we ordered was excellent! Something was really special about all our meals that deserve a special 5 stars rating and our compliments to the chef. All of them were better than any other White Spot restaurant.Definitely a place to stop by, if you are travelling along the Trans Canada to Nanaimo, Parksville or up island (or otherwise, to Victoria).Thank you!

We always enjoy our food quality at White Spot. Service is great, but there is a server by the name of Sheri who is the amazing. From the first time we came in to this one, we have been lucky to get her as our server. She makes you feel like your family and is so positive and always sure to make sure everything is to your liking. Her professional, but yet, warm and welcoming personality is so great and it makes us wanna come back often and we feel like we've won the lottery when she is our server on that day. We sure hope the company treats her right and other customers tip well. Gotta keep the good servers around not just to serve us right, but to show us all how we should treat others with kindness and respect. The world is such need of that right now.

We ordered one of my favourite salads to go but when we got home it was missing a key component. The owner drove the 20 plus minutes out to our house to make it right. Now that's service, totally above and beyond. Thank you Sharon!
