If you are looking to find a rental I would definetely suggest looking on Welcome Home Managements Website. Its very easy to schedule viewings and their communication is excellent. They helped us find a super nice place that wasnt even on our list!10/10 would recommend.

Tammy and her mom helped us find our new home..she has been a pleasure to work with. They were communciative, understanding of our needs and spend the whole day with us visiting properties. Once we finalized they were available to answer questions and accommodating of our requests.

I have been using this property management company to help me fill my rental properties in the last few year. I used to find my own tenants, but my time are limited. Jay, Luis and his team really able to save a lot of my time by searching some really good tenant, fill the property, and take care of all the lease agreement. They offer property clean up, repair service. Its such great support and value when you need the most when service call is need . They are also very informative.I will always happy to refer them to other investor

Their representatives have done and outstanding job to provide accurate and helpful information to help the process of finding the right home easy.Kelly has done a great job she has gone beyond to help us she knew the answer to many question that came to mind and was able to provide insight that made our stressful times easy.

Although the property was not a fit for our family and with there being no others in our desired size (4 bedrooms) available in the specific area we hoped for with welcome home Tammy made sure we were not leaving empty handed and referred us forward she really cared about our families needs and not just about closing a deal to make a buck. Truly genuine service which is rare these days! We did find a place but if we are ever looking again Tammy will be our first call! Thanks for the exceptional service!

I have had the displeasure of dealing with Paula Cortes.She will not communicate with you she will do nothing that she says in fact.The ad said washer/dryer in unit, they lied! Full use of the backyard, nope they lied! In fact,nothing is as the ad claimed!This property management is based in China. They outsource to here. When I moved in, this place was disgusting. It's been a month and a 1/2, and nothing has been done fixed or taken care of. They will not communicate properly with anyone. They absolutely refuse to call you on the phone. I have had to spend a $1000 that I cannot afford on new tires because there were nails and screws in the laneway and it was claimed that it was taken care of.If you see Welcome Home Property Management RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!THEY ARE A SLUM MANAGEMENT.

I really appreciate the whole welcome management team for being very supportive through my whole move and answering every other question i have asked. There have been some hiccups between the responses but still it worked out well in the end. Speacial thanks to Andre and Terry, Andre who helped me through the whole process of showing until giving me the keys and Terry who took care of all the maintenance in the apartment, been amazing dealing with both of them.Hoping our journey continues well moving forward.

Working with the Welcome Home Management team was a pleasant experience. They helped me get the information I needed to set up the services required for my lease and they were extremely personable.

If you're searching for a property management company that truly prioritizes your convenience and property maintenance, I regret to inform you that Welcome Homes falls short of meeting those expectations.Although they may succeed in securing high rental rates for your property, they lack any real understanding of its condition and needs. Each month, you'll find yourself burdened with a significant amount of damage bills, and by the end of their tenure, you'll be faced with numerous repairs that have been neglected.Out of all the property managers I've encountered, Luis proves to be the most incompetent. There exists such a significant disconnect between him and your property that he won't even have the slightest idea about the necessary repairs. Only when you personally assess the damages and exert pressure on him does he display a semblance of concern. However, even then, his efforts are subpar.While I appreciate the opportunity to speak with the general manager following our horrendous experience with Welcome Homes, apologies alone do not cover the costs incurred. Although some blame can be attributed to problematic tenants, Welcome Homes does little to establish a rapport with them. In my opinion, this lack of engagement leads to tenants disrespecting the property and ultimately causing damage. They promise quarterly inspections, but these are rarely conducted unless specifically requested. Even when inspections do occur, they often inaccurately report damages as satisfactory, despite clear evidence in accompanying photographs. It seems their sole purpose is to collect a paycheck, with little dedication to their responsibilities. They even had to terminate one of their employees who failed to fulfill his duties during the first eight months of our contract.After suffering over $10,000 in damages and paying Welcome Homes fees, you'll be left with countless hours of work when transitioning tenants, with nothing more than a simple apology and an empty promise of improvement from this abysmal company. Save yourself the trouble. However, if you do decide to proceed with Welcome Homes, ensure that Luis is not assigned as your representative, as he is all talk and no action.
