Domino's Pizza

I had an incredibly rude delivery driver. It was late at night and I forgot how much my bill was, usually I’m a big tipper but I only had so much cash at hand. He rudely went on to say oh so no tip and proceeded to wait on my doorstep until I brought a tip out. He kept saying I need a tip, where’s my tip. At that point beacause of the attitude I did not want to leave one, but I had to, to get him off my property. very upsetting as I’m a loyal customer and usually a very big tipper

I have bought from this store for YEARS, but tonight was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life! Cardboard. Bland. I can’t imagine how they messed it up this bad. The pizza was completely different.Will likely spend my money somewhere else next time we order pizza.

I’ve been going to this store for many years even though I’m from Kitchener area. I’ve tried 4 different Domino locations in Kitchener many times and I gave up. I work in Guelph and every time I’m in Guelph I think of this place. The ingredients are great, the price is great especially the way they bake it makes it my favorite and very important part that they don’t cheap out on anything. I wish I can be more supportive to keep these kind of business going.

This store is the nicest dominos store, they messed one topping and offered me free large pizza. I hv been ordering here since last 4 years!!! Always bussin!

Sometimes they forget to cut all of the slices, but overall pretty good. They recently removed hearty marinara as a sauce option from this location, which severely limits your tomato-based sauce options.

I normally do not write 1 star reviews but I had no choice when I came home and opened my 4 topping large and was shocked at the amount of toppings on the pizza. What felt like literally 1 topping of each per slice. I ordered a 4 topping large and it had enough toppings on it to maybe consider it a 2 topping pizza. Don't charge extra for toppings if you are going to be cheap which the amount you put on there. Also there was hardly any sauce which made it dry. Worst experience ever and will definitely not be ordering pizza from this location again.

Ordered 2 pizzas and the marbled cookie brownie.....BIG MISTAKE! The pizzas were pepperoni and Philly cheesecake which tasted fine. But the brownie....looked and tasted absolutely gross. Half was burnt, half was undercooked and soggy. Never again!

I order Dominos Pizza regularly for delivery and it’s always yummy and fresh. Tonight I placed an order for delivery and specified I’d be paying cash. When the delivery driver Pramod Budati arrived and I handed him a $50 bill he asked if it was all for him. I had said no he could keep $5 and I needed $10 change back, he then said he had no change. I told him I said when I called I’d be paying cash and he said he did receive that note however he had no change. He then told me he had no money at all he was broke and hadn’t eaten in days. He proceeded to pull out his wallet and show me it was empty. At this point I felt extremely pressured and uncomfortable because he clearly wanted to keep my change. He said he would drive to the store for change and never returned. I called Dominos to report what had happened and the man I spoke with who was apparently the supervisor didn’t seem to care. So anyways here I am leaving a review to let others know what happened, the pizza is great but they need to hire better drivers and have better customer service in general. I won’t be ordering from this location again..

Horrible customer Service. Ordered 1 pizza to be delivered carside in the parking lot. I parked my car and I used my app to let them know that I am here. No one came outside for handing over pizza. My pizza was made and ready 2 minutes ago and they took 13 min. After 13 min as well no one came to deliver so I had to go inside to pickup my pizza.
