I had such a great experience working with Kelsie. She was very flexible with her availability and met with my mom and me on two separate occasions to allow me to see the unit when I couldn't make it the first time. I appreciated her time to make sure I could see the unit myself. Kelsie was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. She also continually checked in with me to provide extra support, which was very helpful since this was my first apartment. Even when I decided to go a different direction, she was very kind and directed me toward another CLV unit which I will now excitedly be calling my new home!! I'm a current tenant in this building, my apartment is on the 6th floor.Let me start by saying everything started all nice and rosy with the beautiful service that the leasing agent gives us all the nice, caring and passionate sweet talk just to start renting at their place, but sad to say that my newly renovated apartment that we got was renovated by a bunch of amateurs. There are holes and openings in their construction that will allow pests, insects and cockroaches to live and fester and this is my real concern.I ask for you to think twice before you rent here.I'm writing this after my 3rd back and forth email to management about this asking for pest control guys to help, which they have come 2 times in the past and no use.This is my first time living in a home filled with cockroaches it's unsettling.

Kelsie Howard did an immaculate job to find me the best unit at CLV and was vey kind and helpful. She assisted me well through out the initial process. Been staying here for almost a month and I'm very satisfied in the new home. The response to queries and issues has been very quick. Thank you Kelsie and CLV Group.
