We had a pipe burst due to water freezing in it in the winter even though we did everything we were supposed to, to prevent this. Alex came in, assessed the situation and quickly got to work on the repair, explaining what he was doing and why. He was also extremely patient with the two cats we have as they kept wanting to help, and get him to let them out (they're indoor kitties). I would recommend his work easily and should I need anything again will be using John the Plumber services once again without hesitation

Cameron V. came to my house on the Holiday Monday of the Canada Day weekend, and did excellent work. The service was exactly what I was advised about when making the appointment - estimate beforehand, work performed immediately and well. Cameron was conscientious and completed the work quickly. Amazing experience today. Arrived on time, provided a reasonable quote, and completed work (gas disconnect and shutoff valve installation) efficiently. So kind and helpful to work with. Will absolutely be using this business again for any future work.

Billy was amazing. He came to fix a hose bib that burst during winter and found that the hole drilled was slanted upwards instead of downwards. That would mean that the water would never drain properly and would cause a future burst pipe.He advised drilling a new hole, with a slant downwards as it should have been in the first place.Very knowledgeable and honest. 5/5

I have previously used John the Plumber for cleaning main drainage and other plumbing issues. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I decided to also use the company to purchase and install water heater. Again the staff was very professional, answered my questions and walked me thru things. I’m very pleased once more with this company. I definitely recommend them.

This was great and fast service. I had a clogged sink and a leak. Michael K came down first thing in the morning and worked tirelessly on this. Gave me few options and price points to think about and explained the pros and cons. Finally got it done and running in a very short time. It was great service.
