This place makes up their own store policies. Don't ever buy electronics or attempt to refund here. They'll make a bs excuse that they don't take them back EVEN THOUGH the store policy is they will if in original unsealed packaging. If you ever need to buy electronics, buy it from a reputable store like Best Buy or Costco.

Today we went there to buy some perfumes but we are very disappointed to saw that the lady with shorter blonde hairs working in the beauty boutique was very judgemental and rude. When I ask her for the help first when I call her she literally rolled her eyes and then answered very rudely. We felt very disrespectful but I didn’t say anything at that time because we don’t want to be create the drama but shoppers you need to train your staff properly and need to be hire some professionals. She don’t have any right to behave with someone like this. Never experienced anything like this before. She is not wearing her name tag otherwise I will post her name as well. And she is following us like we are going to steal something from there we are just testing some fragrances to buy but she was making very uncomfortable to us and we ended up to leave the store without buying anything. Please train your staff properly.

No customer service extremely rude employees , specially the older lady (Indian) or something like that. who is always at the back entrance cash register ( parking lot entrance) old grumpy, mean never smiles you ask her something she talks to you like a dog without respect .Other then that lack of merchandise from makeup to tooth brush there is always something missing at the store .If this pharmacy’s was out on the street instead of this mall they would not survive with this kind of attitude,they are just lucky that they are in Markville mall.I would not recommend this place to anyone terrible place to shop and extremely rude employees (not the make up section) but the whole store.

Pharmacy is really good and thoughtful . Reading some of these reviews, I don’t think this place deserves some of those bad reviews. I’ve been going here for years, never had I been mistreated or anything like that. yeah sometimes people can be grumpy esp after Covid. We’re all human after all. But I can say the pharmacy really helped me out, with the prescription I gave them. They contacted my doctor for me and made sure everything was right. Which actually made my doctor take better care of me when I visit now!

I had the most incredibly positive experience with the pharmacy at Shoppers Drug Mart in Markville Mall, Markham, Ontario. Having tested positive for covid-19, my usual Unionville SDM pharmacy referred me to the Markville Mall location where they had stock of the covid antiviral, Paxlovid. I spoke by phone with pharmacist Stephanie Le who efficiently and thoroughly questioned my current health, symptoms, medications for potential drug interactions, reviewed my applicable blood chemistry test results, then confirmed my eligibility for Paxlovid. Stephanie discussed the drug’s potential benefits and implications including the potential for a rebound covid-19 infection. Based on Stephanie’s insights, I decided to proceed with Paxlovid. The prescription was ready 30 minutes after our discussion. Within 24 hours, Paxlovid spectacularly reduced my covid symptoms. I experienced no rebound.Much to my surprise, the day after prescribing Paxlovid, Stephanie called me to see how I was progressing and to check if there were any problems (there were none).Thanks to Stephanie for her professional and caring pharmacist service, which was far above and beyond my expectations!

Worst shoppers ever. The beauty’s manager was so rude and racist, she was unwelcome any customer to shop there. So many nonsense rules and unique policies at this location. Don’t spend your money there, because you won’t get any respect and service, only anger and refuse.

Bought alot of my high end make up here and the staff were very kind patient and helpful

honestly if I could give zero stars, I would . one star is much too generous for the store. the customer service is absolutely terrible, I don’t understand why these merchandisers or cashiers are making rules of their own. I was trying to buy some tooth paste at self check out because it was on sale and it was scanning out with no problem. then a merchandiser tells me that there is a four limit for the product which it was not stated on the tag. she (the older south asian lady) then proceeded to take everything away without even asking me, CANCELS my transaction and leaves me with nothing. Incredibly rude, do not support this franchise as they don’t even want your money. no, i did not shelf clear and there was plenty more toothpastes left. if you are familiar with PC optimum points, i would be paying MONEY.

Locate inside the Markville mall. I found this shoppers a little congested and tight between the aisle. Meaning not a lot of space. I wouldn't want to shop here on a busy day. They do seem to carry everything a bigger shoppers does.

I was just at the beauty boutique section looking for a setting spray. As I was buying for the first time I needed help in selecting a good one for me. I saw a sales associate just standing alone so I asked and she with her hand gesture said go left then you find and I went and I was unable to find so I came back again and asked again and she was all alone not with a customer but she never came to help to find. Then I saw another sales associate and waited until she finishes with a customer and asked. She showed me two products and I purchased one that costed $45.20. Lis Watier. The manager here needs to educate these sales associates how to treat the customers. I asked for their manager and spoke to the assistant manager and showed the sales person to her. I hope they know the customers are the ones bring business to the store for them to work as paid employees.
