I do visit once a month or more at this location.Family run business, very friendly staff always willing to help people.Struggling to manage through COVID19 circumstance.Seven days a week operating, somehow we have to understand that in this type of business every penny counts.You have to trust the store owners, they will not RIP you off for pennies and lose neighborhood clientele.Keep up the good work!

They're supposed to be open until 9:30PM on Sunday according to their hours on Google but I dropped by to pickup my package at 8:12 and they were closed! Delaying people's parcels and packages during holidays! Nice job guys

The Italian sodas here are super good and they have alot of flavor options

a few of my buds and i went there during lunch as a break as many people do. my friend couldn’t and asked me to grab him a can of mountain dew which i believe is three dollars thirty cents. i bought it paid five dollars and went on with my day. when i got back to school and gave him the can and the change i got a dollar as change. A SINGLE DOLLAR! that’s beyond a simple mistake of five cents short. on a separate occasion, the same group of friends and i ordered one extra large hot chocolate and asked for three extra cups to split the hot chocolate as we didn’t have enough money total to buy some for each of us . they told us that we couldn’t because they would “lose the same amount of money if they gave us one free”. they would’ve made more money if they gave us those cups as i refuse to buy hot choc- ANYTHING from there again.

this place is trash, I went to pick up my amazon package and THE INDIAN MEN OWNER asked me for the code, and then he handed me an empty envelope with nothing inside, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND DONT SHOP FROM THIEVES.

I bought literally 2 month expired product from here, I wouldn't recommend coming here for consumables.

@canadapost. I beg you, please stop authorizing this convenience store for package pickups. My package was sitting on the floor looking like a public area when I went to pick it up. I usually pick my packages up from the shoppers nearby, not sure why this time my package got directed to this convenience store.The bottles are all beaten up. I should have refused to pick it up so it gets sent back to the seller.Sorry about the photos, google cropped them.

I go to this store very often for western union and also to pick up my amazon packages. The customer service is great and I always feel very welcomed whenever I go. It is always very efficient to get my packages and always in great condition. I would recommend everyone to go!

I've been buying my lotto tickets here but today I needed some stamps and was told it was $15.00 for 10. I know that it is $9.20 plus tax but the man insisted that this was the rate for Canadian stamps. I double checked when I got home then phoned the store. The man said that it's an online rate. This is nonsense because I called the post office at Shoppers and they said they are $10.40 tax incl.

Horrible customer service.Went there to buy some snacks for my younger brother, and ended up waiting in line behind this older woman who was buying scratch cards. We were waiting for her to finish paying before checking out our own items, but instead was told to move forward and begin checking out our items by the woman who runs the store. Passed her my stuff like she asked, and minded my own business. Apparently, I was blocking the old woman's way, and instead of just asking me to move she started talking badly about me with the owners of the store. Yeah, because I am just supposed to know that you want me to move when you don't say anything to me. The owners of the store just laughed and agreed with her, even though they told me to move there in the first place. I don't know if they were just trying to appease her so she would buy more stuff or something, but it seems like they thought I was young so they could talk badly about me to my face and I wouldn't say anything. It was a horrible experience, and we will not be returning. Have fun going there if you like buying overpriced junk food and want to be treated badly for no reason.
