Absolutely love this clinic and the staff!Everyone is so friendly and nice, this hospital has a really good atmosphere. I'm always so scared taking my cat into vets but never worry here and when my cat had to have a complicated surgrey they were extremely helpful and diligent in making sure she's okay, the doctors are also willing to talk to you and answer your questions they don't seem rushed to get you in and out. I really cannot reccomend and thank this place enough they are all so amazing here :)

I'm happy that I followed my friend's advice and chose Maillardville Animal Hospital. I should have gone there from the beginning. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes at a previous vet office, but unfortunately, they didn't provide any meaningful help for me or my dog. Fortunately, my friend introduced me to Maillardville Animal Hospital, where they took exceptional care of my dog. All the assisting staff deserve three thumbs up for their outstanding assistance.They have an exceptional team. Both the veterinarians and support staff are incredibly supportive, compassionate, and trustworthy. The well-organized and clean space, along with the nicely designed rooms, truly impressed me. Even the thoughtful treats for pets added to the positive experience. Without a doubt, it's the most welcoming and warm veterinary office I've ever visited. I couldn't be happier.Once again, I wholeheartedly recommend Maillardville Animal Hospital. Thank you for everything.

I have come here 3 times for my 3 pets, each time was an urgent situation. Every time the doctor explained everything thoroughly and I felt at ease, like he & his staff really care about my furriest (and favoristist!) family members. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat -- the cat was the latest visit. The Dr did all of the tests he could think of and presented us with the facts. He offered to have Hobbes continue his care at the ER they are affiliated with. When we arrived at the ER, Maillardville had briefed the vets there on everything. When we finally had to make the tough decision that our kitty wasn't improving, the Dr here called us to offer his condolences. honestly above & beyond kindness, and very much appreciated. I am so glad I have this clinic to bring my pups to for wellness visits and in case of urgent medical issues. they say it takes a village to raise a family" and I am so grateful that this clinic resides in my village."

Julie detected a bulge on my dog chest, so I took her there. Vet performed a test and determined that it was not serious, allaying my concerns. Congratulations on being so thorough and accommodating me on such short notice. Service that is both friendly and professional is highly recommended.

I was very pleased with their service. Front desk gals friendly & helpful. Dr Karmal is awesome. Explains each step of a procedure. I'll be attending here for as long as possible with Bella.

Very caring staff. Every time (out of 2) that my cat had an emergency, they were able to take her right away. I am willing to trust them with my heart, when that heart goes and eats something she shouldn't.They told me what it would cost right up front and were quite accurate. I did not feel overcharged. Good job Maillardville.

I can't say enough good things about the kind, compassionate, competent and professional service that young vet and his lovely assistant provided to us in our home with our elderly dog. They helped us through a very difficult time with grace and tact. I would highly recommend the Maillardville Animal Hospital for regular home visits and merciful end of life services, as well as regular veterinary needs. In future, if (or when) we get another dog, we would love to have them as our vets.

The wait time to visit the vet wasn't too long. The surgeon did such an amazing job at managing our expectations for recovery and keeping us updated on how he was doing. We were fortunate to find this establishment because it was close to our house, had positive Google reviews, and could get us in right away the next day.We had the good fortune to have a consultation with the charming and highly educated Dr. Kansal. A really kind individual who values compassion and animal welfare and who is well-versed in related fields.I didn't feel rushed during my senior dog's checkup; we spent close to an hour there. He took the time to listen to my worries and provide me with as much information as she could from the perspective of a veterinarian.I was notified over the phone of the results and given an explanation of them, as well as where the parameters sat in relation to normal" after certain tests to allay my worries had been conducted.
