Came here around 9 PM on August 12, the girlies on shift did me dirty :( the blizzard was lacking, most locations I go to are filled up above the top line. Blizzards melt I get it, but for over $7 it's not worth it.

I'm obsessed with my favorite blizzard from dairy Queen!! This is a good dairy queen only reason for the 4 stars is because the drive thru at this location is a little confusing and sometimes causes a bit of a confusion amoung drivers.

Took 20 minutes to get an ice cream cone on a week day. this drive thru was horribly designed. And apparently it takes 2 people to work a till. I swear it was over 5 minutes wait for each car once arriving at the window.

Dining in when we have time is my daughter's favourite! Inside for us has always been multiple choices to sit and never crowded. We sit and enjoy our icecream first while we wait for our main meal. Drive thru gets busy which obviously makes that option a longer wait for that convenience service. I ordered an ice cream cake online and uploaded a picture for them to place on the cake for an edible design, and they called to verify the piping colours and if I want any additional message with my picture...very happy with the cake service!

9:45 at night the bathroom needed cleaning in the ladies bathroom. It was already locked up! They don't use until 10pm.

Had to wait for staff to finish there conversation in the back before and deal with the 2 people in drive through for 5 minutes before they acknowledged our party was even there. Then proceeded to wait some. More before they took our orders.

Blizzard was disappointing. I am a big fan of blizzards and most locations load you up, as they should for $7. I got mine and it was basically just vanilla ice cream. I’m not the kind of guy to complain but I went in to ask if I could get more toppings. The cashier said she would make me a new one. I got the remake and it was even worst than the first one! Stick to other locations in Kelowna.
