Location is closed, despite business hours. Delay with truck coused us extra expenses as movers scheduled and charge by hours

It seems like these negative reviews are from moody/angry customers by nature.The lady in the front desk was very kind to us and she explained everything to the upmost detail.5 stars all day!

Worst customer service and “ policies ” around 2 day rentals was not available due to the fact it was end of the month. they did not take reservations prior to two weeks in advance even though the date was requested with two weeks notice they still said it wasn’t available for more then 8 hrs , another store had no issues with the requestIf I could give zero I would

I normally go to Blackfoot Uhaul and have never had an issue. This location is horrible. The lady was rude on the phone when I called with questions. When I came in the lady working the front desk(larger woman, grey hair, very poor personal hygiene) was VERY rude. I mentioned I was in a hurry and when she offered the “optional” $15 insurance I declined as the move was literally 2 blocks away. She then went on a tangent threatening me with $2500 charges if there was any damage to even a single tire. I finally gave in and said yes to the insurance and she kept going on the tangent. On my way out she threatened that if I got the uhaul stuck I would have to call a tow truck and pay for it with my money. What kind of a business is this?? The uhaul was dirty in the cabin and didn’t come with a lock on the back hatch. Don’t come here ever. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The lady at the desk was very rude. I thought I left my iPad in the cab of the truck and called to see if it was found. She immediately said don't know you have to come here to find out!" I also enquired about the final bill and was told I had to come in person to look it and it would be 20$ charge to look at it. What kind of business is that?? She was just so rude from start to finish. I am clearly not the first person to encounter her nastiness."

Decent place, friendly staff, but when I said I was only using uhaul for 28km, they forced me to pay for 45 miles. When closing my account the girls there were having trouble at first, but sent me on my way. Though I now have to wait an agonizing process to get a refund because I was misinformed by staff that refunds just go back on my card. But they do not. Gotta wait for a check in the mail. In the digital Era, we still are doing things like this. SMH.

I rented a pickup truck for 1 hour. I thought it would be a simple job, but it took me 3 hours to complete the transaction. The loss damage waiver does not cover glass.The windshield on the new truck spontaneously cracked, and I'm on the hook for the full cost of replacement despite purchasing extra insurance, and the fact that it wasn't my fault.My advice would be to stay clear, unless you want to spend 300 dollars to move a couch.

Please do not go to this location. You don't deserve this and neither do they deserve your money. Interaction with the lady at the front brought back my depression I felt like driving the truck off a bridge as I left. She yelled and was soooo rude... at least it was fast to get in and out also the office was so dingy and dirty it looked like a shelter how does uhaul let this place represent them.

I used the online registration so it was quick and easy to get my vehicle and go. BUT I did find d the truck had one tire that was low on air and needed repair I just swapped it for the spare because I didn't have time to wait for UHaul assistance.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and the service was super quick and easy. 100% I would come back to this location! The phone was always picked up and the U-Haul trucks where easy to drive in and out from the location. Plus the Flying J Gas Station is right on site so at the end of the day fill up is so easy and convenient.
