I wish I’d never come back. Admittedly I hadn’t brought my own numbing cream so Ashley offered to take her lunch early while they let it work on me. I asked Ashley if I could run an errand, and I came back (5-10min) later than expected, immediately apologizing. I genuinely wish they would have let me pay for it and rescheduled me. The friendliness & warmth from staff was gone, and now replaced with a bitter disdain.I was scared coming in, and scarred going out. It was the most painful tattoo removal I’ve ever had. Ashley turned up the laser machine so high I have hypopigmentation now and scars from the treatment. I continued my apologies, in visible pain and she just said “aren’t you glad you got the numbing cream?”I genuinely feel traumatized from this experience, like I was begging for mercy in that chair.I went to another clinic and they’ve refused to treat me because the damage is still there- 8 weeks later. It’s terrifying to think the receptionist tried to book me twice within that time period.They don’t have your best interests at heart, and I’ve found better prices elsewhere with a lot kinder people.

Dr Julia was kind, friendly and informative. she completely understood my concerns regarding botox and lip filler. very natural looking i love it!

Either Dr Zheng does not have the experience to inject fillers correctly or does not care about the outcome she gives her clients. I had a very bad experience with this Dr don’t be fooled by all the ‘glowing reviews’. I came to this Dr for under eye filler she told me no problem she does this regularly she then rushed to inject the filler, there was a bump on my left side when she left the office I tried to track her down after to take a look and she said it’s fine I trusted her since she is a dr and sure enough a big lump formed under my left eye on top of that I have what is obviously the Tyndall effect it’s blue all under my left eye where she injected which means it was not injected deep enoughand visibly lumpy it’s obvious to the point of making me self conscious the other side she injected it in in the wrong place (on the cheek instead of the tear trough which Is Specifically what I told her and what I paid for). When I went back for a follow up she would not fix it until I paid more money, when I called the office before my appt I was told she guarantees her work Zheng also told me at the consult she guarantees her works and this is the only reason I went with this Dr in the first place. By the way she did not even care to examine her work she did not even come close or try to feel the bump when I tried to show her or find out why I was unhappy she simply did not care. When I told her what I was told his by the front desk and also why should I pay her more money to correct her mistakes. She became angry and hastily and roughly injected me she gave me yet another lump and it ended up looking even worse than before. I would never recommend this Dr to anybody she only cares about your money and does not care about her patients outcome at all. There are much better and more ethical Dr’s out thereUpdate: I went to see another doctor to fix the issues and I was told that one ml for each eye was way too much no more than half cc on each side was needed possibly less than that he said what she did was quickly and carelessly inject the filler and squirt the rest into the malar region leaving a festoon/malar bag under the eye. This doctor knew exactly what she was doing and that it would have a terrible result but did not care. I am convinced all the positive reviews are fake she didn’t even try to do a good job it was just about the money and selling an extra cc. I am scared to get if dissolved because of all the horror stories on dissolver. You have been warned !!!!

Doctor Zheng really stands by her work. The girls at the front desk are so sweet, too. I really recommend the port coquitlam location it's clean and there is a lot of parking. I am so happy with my recent visit! Thank you again so very much. You made my year!!!

I'm so happy with this clinic. Ashley is the best in listenning and making laser treatment as painless as it can be. Results can be seen after 3 treatments and it is amazing. The best investment ever! Thanks a lot, Ashley! You are the best!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Front desk staff are amazing and so friendly. Dr Tan has done my lip filler twice now and I am thrilled with the results!

Very friendly and kind! The girl who took my pictures (whom I forgot her name), and checked me in was so kind and professional, I went back for more work just because of her. Nurse injector is very gentle and considerate of your preference and pain tolerance.
