The Laundromat is great and so clean our washer is getting repaired and I had not been to a laundromat in years The service by Lucy is the best. She was so helpful and kind and continuously cleans. She helps everyone! You don’t get that service anywhere theseSays! Lucy deserves a raise. She is awesome!

The 50’s blond woman who works here is a miserable person and not a good employee at all !! Walked in at 6 just to use a dryer because mine at home died and I didn’t to leave it wet overnight. I walked in and asked nicely if I could use the dryer and promised I’d be out by 7. PROMISED ! I prob would have been done sooner but she said no go across the street because she wanted to go home early. Then made a wise crack to another person and laughed as I left. If fire her if she worked for me, turning away business for no good reason !! Never a smart move and she has a BAD attitude and personality to match

Hands down the BEST laundry mat around Southern NH! The staff is extremely helpful and kind! Sue the owner is very hands on & treats ALL her customers nicely! Have NEVER had a problem with any of her staff!! Very clean laundry mat, always see the employees cleaning. Dryers are cleaned daily and they're very reasonable priced! Go check them out!!

This place is always spotless clean including the restroom. I especially enjoy the helpful friendly people who work here. I believe the blonde woman’s name is (Jeane?) she has always been helpful. Her an I have great conversations that pass the time.

The lady here is absolutely racist and the only colored person that was in there and she felt it was necessary to take my clothes out to give them my dryer to somebody else who is white but I appreciate it even though my dry it wasn’t done even working I appreciate it If I could I would give him mine is a star

I can’t say enough positive things about Salem Laundry at 160 Main Street, Salem, NH. The on premise owner is extremely helpful and has a lovely attitude. The building is very clean and all machines are working - I highly recommend this laundromat!

I got my laundry done which was the reason I went in there, but the hard part was the owner reminding me every 5 seconds that it is almost 7. Like I can see the sign says 5 am - 7 pm and therefore I shall be out by 7 pm. As the laundry was drying she comes over and asks me if it is almost dry because if not I will be going home at 7 pm with wet laundry. I guess I should be more proud of myself for getting out of there before close.

I’ve been going to this laundromat for 3 years. Today January 29, at 2:40 I came in to do my laundry with my mom and sister. There is this lady that always shows some kind of hatred towards us. It’s always when we come in she acts differently with us. I’ve seen her talk about how much clothes my family has to wash to other people and make fun of us. We don’t do nothing for her to be acting like that. Every time we ask her a question for anything she would swear under breath. We have been nothing but respectful towards her and she can’t even give us the same thing back.

It's clean, bright, has wifi. The machines are pretty new and I watched the attendant go around cleaning the machines. When my laundry machines break this is my go to place.
