Extremely bad experience! I called to request for a package delivery. Guy at dispatch is rude and lack work ethics. I was asked about the mode of payment to which i told cash. I changed the mode of payment to visa once I was told the total amount i owed during the same conversation. Guy lost his patience over such a small change. I enquired about receipt as i have to claim it from my work. I was told that driver will give me the receipt upon package pick up. So when driver came for pick up, I was told that i will get receipt through email in next 3 to 5 business days but no one took my email at any point. So i called back their office to further enquire about the receipt again. That guy completely lost it and started yelling at me for asking clarification on receipt. He send the package back to me and did not even do the job. Payment was not charged from my visa at this moment so I was lucky I didnot have to deal with reversing the payment. So thats how my experience went with B&S.

Used the service a few times. Always on time, always accurate. By far best in town.

Incredibly kind service, chatty if you want to chat, right to business if that's what you prefer. Great little online system for placing a shipment. responsive, communicative, great service always courteous with the recipients of our packages. Support small, it's a big deal <3

Unprofessional, not only was the dispatcher guy not confident they could actually fulfill their direct service in the timeframe they promise, he condescendingly laughed at me because I didn't know the suite number of the Pardon's Clerk at the courthouse on 2201 Finch where I needed to send my documents, passive-aggressively saying that I need to send something but don't know anything". Then when I called him out and said it's a courthouse full of people and an information desk they can ask

I couldn’t get past the phone conversation. The person on the phone was abrupt, unhelpful and made me feel like an idiot. I’ve never used a courier before, I certainly do not want to call this company again.
