My 5 year old daughter likes shopping here as they have many little tidbits and knickknacks. She recently purchased something and the cashier asked her if she wanted something else as it was on discount as well. My daughter said yes! (Of course...). Fortunately, she had money from her grandparents. Would have been awkward to say no and explain she doesn't have enough money at the checkout counter.

Although the theme is cute the quality of jewelry is very poor. Skin gets green after wearing the nose rings or earrings or regular rings, even if nickel free. Tarnishes quickly. Even gold plated doesn't make a difference as the color changes and the metal has a smell and my ear gets infected. It was too expensive for the quality. Being honest

My daughter loves Claire’s she loves the little gadgets and the furry boxes, lip glosses. But the prices could be cheaper. I bought the same lip glosses for five dollars on Amazon and they’re $10 there.

The employee name Batch was amazing he made daughter feel so relaxed when she gets her ear pierced. Very satisfied with his service. Highly recommended him and the store

Waited 30 minutes to get my ears pierced and got no service. The girl doing the peircings was hanging around talking to her friends in the back rather than doing her job

My young daughter always begs me to go to Claire’s, and every single time I leave feeling like my head is going to pop off due to frustration with the clerks. I know they’re all just minimum wage staff and it’s not like it’s a career for them, but holy geez I feel like they don’t even have the basics down.For example: In the Eaton Centre location, they have 2 cash desks. They rarely open the second one (fine), but on two occasions now I’ve watched a clerk stand 5 feet away, watching people line up at the unopen cash desk, without saying anything. Today I suggested to the unoccupied, staring cashier that maybe she should put a sign on the other cash desk saying it wasn’t open, so the 3 people standing in line could move to the other desk.“Yeaaaahhhh…” she replied, continuing to stand and stare into space.“But there’s a line there. Maybe you should tell them they’re waiting in vain…?” I suggested.“Yeaahhh…we don’t really open that cash register except when it’s, like, busy, so….”“Yes, I get that, but if you put a sign up, at least those people wouldn’t stand there for nothing.”“Yeaahhhh…”At that point I had to give up, mostly because the cashier who was actually working was trying to add ‘special sale items’ to my child’s order without asking, and since I knew my daughter didn’t have another $20, I had to stop her.The whole store is designed to grab as much $ from kids as possible, and is such an unpleasant experience. My advice to parents is to stay far away.

Cool stuff. Nice selection of certain things I can't seem to find anywhere else. No phone cases for Samsung, only apple. One associate (who may be new) was very obvious about following me around to make sure I didn't steal... Not a good feeling (especially when you are not white). I'm sure Claire's is frequented for theft cuz of the crowded aisles"

Pretty good store but seems little expensive. They usually have offer of buy 3 and get 3!I was here to search for my earrings and get a ear pierced but they were busy so I ended up moving out with few hair bands etc.They have a good collection of bags , hair bands and earrings.They have less space compared to other Claire’s outlets.I like it since it’s colourful and it’s my favourite store for a good day Incase it went bad...

Ridiculously overpriced cheap silly things. I can't speak about the ear piercing but most items are overpriced and cheap quality. Buy 3 get 3 free sounds like a good deal but not really. If you get 3 of the most expensive things and get a duplicate of each, then maybe you got a good deal.... otherwise nothing special.
