The owner does nothing to improve this park. Ever since the main manger of the park was fired, no updates have been done.Even after the owner got paid to have that gas line ran through the entire park, nothing was done for the park or the residents. Shame on him for being a slum lord.

Park maintenance will damage your trailer while mowing, and manger and her kids will harass you. Worst place by far to live

Most of the homes are in poor condition, many open lots, some vacant homes. The park does seem to keep it clean though

I say this because this is what it is and it's not bashing alright this is just an older trailer park they keep up on it well no but the the look of it is is just kind of ran down due to his age but the people in here are nice and on I'm sure the management takes care of these people's needs and the property is definitely taken care of so what the hell is the manor with these people lol. He wouldn't let me pay cash for a trailor and wouldn't offer an application bc my daughter and cousin get disability then told me I had a month to find a good job and hung up, refuses to call me back or answer a text message also Paul is an electrician and most the homes have electrical issues also management" and several other tenants are on disability yet I can't apply? That's discrimination and I'm not tolerating it"

I don't know much about this place Any Longer. I know it was not the Greatest Place Years Ago but I Believe it is OK now. It is located close to my home and on my Grandparents former land

The owner is rude. He oicks on people including the elderly . we also have a manager " that doesnt actually work here who sells drugs. Horrible."
