picked up some organic garden mix last week and realized after I had left that I paid for two yards and the box on my tacoma has always been about a sq. yard capacity..96 dollars is super pricey for what i got..organic or not

I get all my dirt/topsoil/compost etc from here. Fast, friendly, affordable. (and in my case close to home!)

Really sad about my garden soil order :( Recieved their Organic Garden Soil Blend, only to find handfuls upon handfuls of pieces of household plastic waste- granola bar wrappers and what looked like pieces of shredded plastic bag- this was my first time purchasing soil from them as they came recommended, but unfortunately this will have to be the last as I cannot afford another load intime for the season to start. Please be wary of the quality of the soil you purchase, and do your best to pick up the soil yourself after having a close look at it onsite. Had i done so, I wouldnt have had it loaded into the truck at all and went elsewhere. Sadly cant recommend

They were very quick to deliver. I ordered lawn dressing, but it is more like just sand with lots of pebbles in it. Worst lawn dressing ever. Check photo attached.

Staff was friendly and the product was delivered quickly.Unfortunately that isn't sufficient to make up for dishonesty.I firmly believe the soil we looked at in their yard when making the purchase is NOT the same as what was delivered.We inquired about the Organic Garden Blend Topsoil, asking how much sand they use in it. We were told very little sand was used and that is was primarily high quality compost and fine parent material.Turns out this stuff you get is mostly coarse gravel with loads of large pebbles, pieces of trash, and coarse sand which doesn't hold any moisture. Frustrating to say the least. Wasted hundreds of dollars and we will have to dig it out of our gardens and replace it.. literally days of heavy labour.Stay away from this outfit. Pretty sad there are shady operators like this to be aware of. There are many other better options around the valley.

Quick service! I phoned and within half an hour the dirt was at my location! Amazing!

I drive all of the way from Union Bay for their excellent soil and compost. Seems to be a perfect mix for gardening. Very nice and helpful.

Supposedly bought 1/2 yard of 3/4 crush. More like 1/4 of a yard. Used it as a base for a retaining wall. 20' long by a 1'wide 3-4 inches deep. That does not work out to 13 cubic feet."
