Union taxi backed into my car last night on march 26th. It was reported by a customer from a near by store that the driver was on hes phone when he backed into my car. Everything was super unprofessional in my opinion.

The phone reception upon ordering was rushed. So I didn't get a chance to ask their preferred payment method. The driver was really rude and expected me to know they were a cash only service upon just moving to Elliot Lake a day ago. Overall everything about this service was rude and unprofessional. They should list it as Cash Only online so people know before calling. Their is no need to be hostile, pushy and rude to new customers. Needless to say I will never use nor recommend this service to anyone.

Friendly drivers, and great service. They have been here the longest of the cab companies in Elliot lake. They are normaly pretty fast when called, q normal go too in case my own veichal is down. I have known this company to have been around since 2001 in person although they where probably there alot longer.
