Inspection went very well, Maan did a good job of informing me of everything he was doing and seeing as it was happening. Very knowledgeable about about what he was seeing, and had good opinions on what to improve in the future.

I Just used maan for a home inspection and I have nothing but great things to say about his services. He was very detailed and went threw everything with me as I am from out of town and was not able to attend the inspection in person.

We hired Pioneer Inspections Ltd to conduct a home inspection prior to purchasing a home here in Grande Cache. When I called I was able to book me the following weekend so there was no long wait time for my inspection to take place.Maan was very thorough, and inspected it like he was purchasing it himself. He walked my husband and I through each and every step of the inspection taking the time to ensure we understand exactly what he was talking about. When we ran into some structural issues of the home I was absolutely heart broken. Maan felt terrible and was very compassionate about what we had seen. He explained there is no “pass” or “fail” of the inspection. He just reports what he sees in the home and then we as the client decide what to do with that information. Well…. We decided to not purchase that home and continued our house hunt.We found another home we fell in love with and hired Maan a second time since he did such an amazing job the first time for us. Again he went through the inspection explaining everything to us step by step. We was compassionate, encouraging, clear on explanations and showed that he truly cared that our family was purchasing a good home.We are extremely thankful Maan for your hard work and dedication to us as your clients and would hire you again with no questions asked.
