FIX AUTO LACOMBE

We had to take our vehicle back over 10 times to get it fixed. We began getting it fixed in November and I think we are finally done; 10 months later. The staff are really nice but the workmanship is questionable.

This place has hurt my truck. Terrible placeThey over looked a cracked radiator, took 3 weeks longer than there quote and had to return multiple times, had to inquire on the progress as they didnt tell me.They overfilled my radiator blow off and put pressure on my head gasket, as they were running my truck in burn mode withoutpurging the collant system, i stopped that probably too late as they had it in limp mode.They ised jobber parts and now there is not even screw holes for my wheel liner to be secured, it now hangs against my wheel.Over looked a cracked radiator, which is garbage... clearly didnt pressure test nothing.Missing air damm for radiator.Broke my mass air sensor plug and manifold pressure sensor.Never refilled freon in my a/c system, i had to go back for this too.After the second time they replaced my air to air tube as that was over looked but, they didnt install properly and the rubber for tube went i to the air to air system and also leaked.They repainted my bumper jsut over a year ago now and any place that is chipped is now rusted, clearly poor primer job and poor products... once again jobber materialI had 3m on my bumper before crash and now i have no 3m on my bumper.Pretty much everything they have touch is a poor fit or is rusting... its a 2015 truck... it should look like this.If you want irreparable damage to your vehicle, you are in luck with themAlso had a cracked lower rad hose that i had to replace myself

Fixed our truck when we got hail damage. They worked great with our insurance company. Even had the truck detailed when we went to pick it up. I am very happy with their service and will be back again if your vehicles need to be fixed.

I got my car inspected here for insurance purposes. They were very friendly and helpful. Photos did not take long either.

Had the vehicle in after a deer ran into the side of it. Have had the car in 7 times just for the weather stripping alone. Which the windshield was installed improperly. Accident happened in the summer of 2019 and over a year and a half later we are still dealing with it. They had looked at the doors servals times for adjustment issues, rattling, etc. Had to take it to another shop to have the door rattling issues fixed. Turned out that all the clips where broken from when it was installed. When I asked the owner about the work quality he blamed it on pressure from insurance companies and the people wanting their vehicles back. We had the car in there so many times that we got courtesy rides to red deer and picked back up later when it was “done”. The receptionist was really nice to deal with

Counter staff was very friendly; That was the best part of my dealing's with this company. I got my truck towed there with front passenger damage to the steering/suspension components.It has a lift and aftermarket parts on it. The truck was there for 9 business days without any quote or work done what so ever. I called for update , and no phone call returned. I had to get towed to another competent mechanical repair facility(which they at first wouldn't release to tow-and still didn't call me). SO, BOTTOM LINE... if you want your daily driver/or truck used for work , fixed in a prompt and timely manner, I'd go somewhere else. Ps. please ignore my 1 star review, I had to put 1, they deserve NONE.

We have had 4 vehicles repaired at Fix Auto Lacombe including 2 seadoo and had wonderful experience, Customer service was great including helping us with rental vehicles, to us it was being beyond expectations, Their team are very professional and caring,Brendon Marchuk, you are complaiint6 does not make sense when you are complaining 1 1.2 years later??? Looks like you wanted more fix for nothing to me,Thanks Fix Auto for always putting Customers Services and Satisfaction first!! That's why we will always return!!

Had them do a full paint job on my truck, customer service is ok, quality of work is ok, to much youth or something in the shop. Had to send it back for them to repaint half the truck because they messed up and “didn’t see the imperfections”. When it was dropped off, only my rear driver side window didn’t work, now both sides don’t so not sure what happened, drivers side windows squeaks when going up. Definitely not the fastest or smoothest running shop.
