Tim D. and his team at Desormo Excavation are phenomenal. I currently live in North Carolina so I had to depend on someone to replace the leach system at my home in Theresa, NY. Tim educated my on what needed to be done, how the system worked, kept me updated on schedule changes ( due to weather) and even sent pictures of the job. I highly recommend Desormo Excavation. Very professional and dependable.

I was referred to Desormo by a another septic company that no longer performed tank replacements. The new tank was installed quickly upon arrival, and the old steel tank taken away. Care was taken not to damage existing water lines that were routed over the old tank 30+ years prior. I was expecting the lines needed to be cut, but Tim was able to work around them. Hassle free experience.

Tim did an excellent job putting in a new leach field after our old one failed. He came right out for an estimate and then a few days later, he replaced our leach field. He made sure to call and let us know exactly when he was coming and like someone else here said, it was a hassle free experience. He rakes the yard and seeds it when done, a nicely done job. He even did a little extra work for us and poured our extra dirt into a washed out area in our yard and then smoothed it as well. The new field is working well. We highly recommend him!

Tim and his team put in a new Septic and Leech field at a home I have been renovating to move into for months. It was less than a week from the moment I called to the septic going in and the job being totally completed. Amazing to me since it was close to the end of the season and I wasn't sure anyone could fit me in.He quoted me an extremely fair price, and even with the added complexity of tearing down some trees to make way for the leech field, he stuck to the price he quoted me. Tim and his team went above and beyond and left everything in amazing shape.I highly recommend Desormo Excavation, absolutely! Tim and Alex put in a 450’ drain and did some driveway/parking expansion. They got the job done quick and efficiently due to the decades of experience. The day after they finished the job we got a ton of rain and 24 hours later you can still see water powering out of the drain. I would highly recommend Desormo excavation. Small locally owned business that’s fair and knows how to get the job done right the first time!

Tim and his team came out to rerun a garage drainage line for me and to regrade my yard, post construction. Tim is very professional and flexible. His timeliness and expertise was amazing. Tim also does our snow removal during the winter, so I have dealt with him over a few years. One of the few, great businesses in this area. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had some major problems with our leech field right before the cold hit. Tim was out to check on our problem within 24 hours of me contacting him and back out with his right hand man a few days later after getting clearance to dig. They put a brand new field in, in a better area, in about 4 hours and left a nice clean, level, and seeded area. There was one hiccup with the sump pump outlet being covered, but they were back out asap to fix the problem (put a whole new line in on a better area) and didn't charge a dime more.Tim explained everything in laymen's terms to me and I felt I had a very good understanding of what needed to happen (after having a different company confuse the heck out of me). The pricing was more than fair and didn't go over the estimate.It was a pleasure to have Desormo's work on our project and I'm ready to have them back for more projects again next year!

A huge thank you to Desormo Excavation for all the work they did on my property. Our existing septic tank collapsed and Tim and his team installed a new one. Their efficiency and work was nothing short of outstanding. They ran into numerous obstacles with the existing system and somehow still managed to work out the complexity of the job.
