Thai Palace Restaurant
Food came an hour after ordering while other tables were served and left before we got our food. The server said that other tables got their food first because they ordered something easy.Asked for a fried egg on top of my dish and got an omelet on top. When i mentioned that it wasnt a fried egg the server said that's what the kitchen made. None of the dishes were authentic Thai and 2 of them were sent back because they tasted terrible.They removed the 2 dishes from the bill at least.

It had been many years since I had Thai Palace, so I ordered takeout for dinner. The food was very fresh and had a lot of quality ingredients. However, it was all very bland. The dishes ordered both had different sauces. One sweet & sour and the other garlic ginger. They both were bland, which is unexpected for Thai food. The dish ordered with the medium spice didn't provide any more flavor than the medium it was just slightly hotter. The food was in no way bad it just needed a little bit of fragrant spices to kick it up a notch.

Ordered 2 mango salads that came with chicken so hard and dry it had to be days old. It was inedible. Served with wilted lettuce. Mangos were fresh. $36.00 for about 4 chopped mangos. This was our neighbourhood favourite but the quality has been poor the last 6 months.

I recently visited this Thai restaurant and it was absolutely amazing! The food was cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of spices. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an authentic Thai experience.

Very good noodles but ever since they switch to cardboard trays most of the noodles stick to the bottom.Please switch back to styrofoam trays.

Authentic Thai food and great environment.Service was pretty good and food is very tasty but make sure to mention spice level.. if you cannot eat too spicy then level 1 or 2 is quite enough.

We lived in Windsor for 3 years and would pick up the Pad Thai Chicken almost once a week. Love it. Coming back this weekend and will stop for dinner. Really nice group of people and good food.

Omg delicious is an understament! I have celiac and this place is 100% safe for me. They are very knowledgeable with gluten free needs. Very authentic food, every dish is great, the peanut sauce for the satay is SO good that we bought a jar. We've been here many times and it's always beyond amazing. Also DEFINITELY Get the Tom yum soup, I didn't know it could be that good!

An amazing place for great Thai food. It's affordable, plenty of good options to choose from, service and atmosphere is great, you can customize your dish from being very mild to very spicy, and plenty of vegetarian or vegan options.I don't dine-out too often, but this is my favourite place to go in Windsor. I've even copied the ingredients of their red and green curries the best I can to make at home, but shhh!However, if you're looking for quiet, I'd avoid the busy hours. This place can get rather noisy at dinner-time.

This was my first time visiting. Very interesting decor and the food is so flavourful! The staff are very friendly and attentive. I took a quick picture of my wonton soup but the Pad Thai looked so good I forgot.. level 2 spice was perfect for me and the flavour was so good! I can't wait to go back and try something else!
