Melissa is a very responsive lawyer. Our mortgage locked rate was going to expire before the house completion date. She worked day and night to keep lender and developer synchronized to ensure every step is closely followed. It saved us a lot of money due to rapid rising interest rate. Her service is excellent and we would highly recommend to anyone for her services.
