Had my appointment today at 2, great experience and very friendly staff. The gentelman who did my massage was very nice and very plesent to speak to! Great job!

Massage therapist Brian was able to release some very deep trigger points. Wish we had more time in Sydney so we could have more sessions! Staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Massage Addict in Sydney. We are definitely looking forward to visitsinh other locations.

They’re getting 1 star because the massage therapists are good but the front end staff are the worst.I got a call while I was getting ready to go down there for my appointment, to tell me I’m late for my appointment. So obviously I mixed up the time.I told them I thought my appointment was at 2pm to while they replied that it’s unfact at 1pm. They asked if I could still make it and I said I would be really late. So she asked if I wanted to go on a cancellation list, at this point I’m already really frustrated because I really needed and was looking forward to my appointment. She asks if I want to reschedule for late next week to while I reply no. That’s far away. I understand that I was late. I understand they can only rebook me when they’re available. The part that upset me was she was not telling me the part where I’m being charged $80 for a no show. Which she already put in the system and I found out when the confirmation email came through as I’m still talking to her. So I couldn’t even change my mind and hightail it to the shop.she admits after I asked that I will be charged. Then I asked how much.Be honest don’t spring it on me next time I come. That’s how you start problems. Second it was an honest mistake. I was 100% thinking i was scheduled at 2pm. I’ll find somewhere else to do my business. Good luck sending me to collections for a service I never received. I’ve showed up for every appointment I’ve ever had there and was certainly planning to show for this one too. Now I’ll never return. The front end staff has always been horrible anyway. It’s the massage therapists that kept me coming back.They’re rude and not welcoming at all at the front. It’s always awkward waiting for the massage therapist to come save me. Kenny is awesome though he knows how to make ppl feel comfortable.

Very good staff all’s round convenient online bookings and they text you for a reminder. It’s a nice environment at the clinic

I have chronic severe pain issues and have been going to Massage Addict regularly and sometimes weekly depending on my condition. I am currently in a great deal of pain and have been waiting for my massage this am for 3 days. While I do have my regulars, one of them recommended a new employee and I am more then willing to give new people a try. My appointment was for 11:45am and I received a phone call at 10am to cancel because the massage therapist got to much sun yesterday.Are you hiring children who don't know the dangers of sun exposure? Or just kids who think all massage appointments are for relaxation. This is becoming a continual pattern at your business Judy. The only benefit to massage addict is you usually can get an appointment fast. Well fast may not matter if the handful of good staff is booked and the rest aren't worth waiting for.

Amazing place to get a massage. They have convenient hours - evenings and weekends. Massage therapists are very skilled. My massage therapist has magic hands because I go in with severe pain and leave without any. I would highly recommend.
