Townline Walk-in & Family Medical clinic
Great experience. Took my son today and the wait time wasn’t that long. The doctor was friendly. I believe his name was Dr. Ali Mohammed. He was helpful, informative, friendly and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Lots of walk in clinics have over the phone doctors, this location has an in person one. Even the pharmacist was great and honest! That was very appreciated. It was a 20 min drive from my home but well worth it. Definitely my go to walk-in if same doctor.

Was seen by dr khan. He was not interested. He was not listening. He didn’t even examine. Did not even touch. He had no answers, he wasn’t even interested in answering. He just didn’t wanted to be there. So incompetent I felt like crying. He should not be able to practice. Worst experience ever. I waited two hours for this.

I'm very confused with some of these reviews. In my opinion this is one of the most friendly doctors offices I have ever been in. I just had an appointment with Thompson and he was very thorough with explaining what's going on, he rememberedme frommy last appointment. He didn't seem to rush me or interrupt me he listened to what I had to say. All in all great doctors office in my opinion.

I read the reviews and was really nervous but when I saw the doctor I was pleasantly surprise! The new Dr was amazing, so caring and very kind. If you have to go to a walk-in clinic I would recommend going here. Also be kind to the receptionist she is doing 3 peoples job and trying her best and killing it!

Had a lovely first visit here- even with it being a Friday evening the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr.Singh was attentive and listened to my concerns and was efficient to help us find some solutions. Went above and beyond and reached out to us to make further suggestions to help our son. The pharmacist was thorough in explaining our medications and fast with the preparation as well. Very happy to have this place be our new go to pharmacy. Thank you all!

Dr Khan is a very respectful, knowledgeable and patient individual. Listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Staff is also great. Highly recommended

When you call the message says the clinic open at 930 when in fact it is 10 am. I got there on time to find out the dr wont show up until 1045! whats the point to open at10? Great senae of

It was my first visit as I was worried about my infected felon finger, so firstly I want to appreciate Dr. Thomson for treating my felon finger very well. He seemed to be highly experienced & professional, thanks doc for the great experience & service.The receptionist was kind, responsive & informative she knows her job right.The clinic is clean.I would suggest people to visit Townline walk-in clinic without having a second thought.

I have a very good family doctor but she was off on Saturday/Sunday therefore due to my critical situation I randomly went to this walk in clinic where after waiting for almost 2 hours I met Dr.khan. He was not interested. He was not listening. He didn’t even examine and didn’t even check my blood pressure. He had no answers, he wasn’t even interested in answering or suggesting anything. He just didn’t wanted to be there. So incompetent of a doctor. He should not be practicing with this attitude. Worst experience ever and would not recommend anyone to waist their time going to this doctor.

Had a very pleasant encounter with Dr Khan. He is a lovely doctor who took his time listening to my concerns and walked me through the treatment and exam. Will most definitely come back again!
