Update review Dec 1:Chicken is undercook. Not acceptable.__________________The credit card machine shows they accept Amex but they decline taking Amex.Food temperature is ok but the drumsticks are super small. I ordered 5 pcs dark meat special with online coupon/ offer. It was $8.99 plus tax.Staff are ok but not happy with the method of payment and the small size drumsticks.Hope they can do better as they used to be better!

So glad to find this store, opened a few months ago. There are more seating here and more comfortable eating in than the other hwy7 stores. Service is good and fast and chicken pieces seem bigger than when it was first opened. One thing I noticed, seems they tasted a bit more salty than other Popeyes this time. We will be back to try and see if it's one off case or not.

This is my second time at Popeyes and I'm unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a side of rice and beans because the pic looks great-- lots of beans. When I got the side, it was mostly rice, kinda gross with sticky food residues on the side. I didn't open it. I asked for an exchange for a different side and the staff rudely refused, telling me I got what I ordered.I don't think my request was unreasonable especially as I haven't even touched it. This location feels unfriendlyI wouldn't come back and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

This place doesn't participate in online Maple Leafs power play goals specials when they did before. Now they don't support the team but will get advertising from them. If you want the special or any specials. I wouldn't go here as they probably say they don't participate. Not worth the risk of going and finding out you have to go somewhere else. Service not very good anyways. Always getting my order wrong.

Second time this location very very impressive! (Visited many years ago first when they just opened wasnt that impressive) The staff were friendly and attentive:)) Chicken were fresh and juicy. The size of chicken nuggets were great! Will come back for sure.

The chicken is too greasy but at least it had some flavouring. Their biscuits are too dry, salty, and hard. The people working there were also pretty slow, it took me a while before I got what I came here for.

Waited for around 15-20mins for fresh made 20pcs. This time the spicy taste was a little lighter than before but still good. Friendly staffs.

We ordered 10pcs dark meat (mild) chicken around dinner time at 6:00pm. Their chicken was just freshly made & ready when we arrived. They were very crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The quality was very good. Really enjoyed it!
