Sobeys Northwest

Went in on a Sunday afternoon & while there, my nephew asked about getting a birthday cake for his son's birthday - which was the next day! The girl in the bakery was almost ready to leave, but she helped save the day. We got a beautiful cake, beyond what we were expecting - within 2 hours! They went way above & beyond. Always find I am treated like family whenever I go to this particular Sobeys. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you to a super group of people working for Sobeys.

Excellent customer service from Lewis. You get all the 5 stars. You came back from your break early to help me out. Lewis is so smart and has awesome customer service. Great stock on bread, muffins and cakes. I love that they have Scene points reward for purchases I make.

We stopped in to pick up some snacks here a couple of times when we were in the area on vacation. The store layout is a little bit different than the one down home but it was still quite nice. We found that the pricing was relatively consistent between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The staff were pleasant as well. I mean it's a grocery store so I really can't say all that much about how great it is but our experience here at the time in question was pretty good

Good prices, great service and fresh food

Sobeys is my choice store for fruits and veggies always... Its a one-stop shop for most home groceries. Their collaboration with Scene+ makes it more satisfying to shop, knowing you would get points valid for future shopping.

Great place to buy groceries with a big selection of GF foods.

Miss miss miss Sobeys mountain rd first of all having the dumbest loss prevention floor walker in history following me around 30 minutes but that's not the miss I suffer from very bad anxiety and ptsd I have an emotional support dog that helps me deal with day to day life walking out after paying for my things I see the cart collector in my truck window barking at my dog making my 100lbs doberman go belistic In my 2 seater truck so badly that my dog completely trashed my truck how do you think this effects my dog in the future and sending my own anxiety and ptsd through the roof no manager on duty to speak with I did speak with Mike the stand in for the evening he was very professional so a hit for him but never again will I be stepping foot in this location again I am beyond livid I work hard to have my dog properly trained and this was completely unacceptable

The ladies at the bakery are OUTSTANDING! I was stressed about getting last minute custom cupcakes done, and they were so accommodating and made them right away for me, even though it was a holiday weekend and they were extremely busy. Very knowledgeable and kind!!
