Excellent and fair dealing through the sale with detail follow up. Outstanding service after the sale. New boats, used boats need a lot of service. We recently purchased a used 27' cabin cruiser and dealt with their salesman, Kevin McNally, out of Southwest Michigan and are very satisfied. As this was our first boat, he was very patient with us and walk us through the whole process. He even came with us to deliver it, by sea, to her new home when the transaction was completed and gave us even more pointers during the trip The whole process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Business must be great, just sold my boat so I can go up in size, found two listed here with different reps, and can't get any return replies from website, text, or e emails.Shame you have to work so hard to give folks your money - I'll take mine elsewhere and sure glad I didn't have them broker my boat.

So apparently this place rents the sidewalk from the city. I pull up on my jet ski with my girlfriend to get a bite to eat we get off of the jet ski and a guy comes up and says it's $10 an hour to park here. She runs and looks at the menu and says this place doesn't have anything I want let's go somewhere else. This Kid says he's in charge of the doc and it cost $10 to Park. Explain to him that we weren't parking there and he said it's $10 to touch and go if you guys don't want to pay I'll call the cops. I said there are no signs anywhere that say that. He said the city won't let them put up signs. never had such a horrible experience.
