This is the second year we’ve hired Shack Shine to clean our windows, skylights, glass railings, gutters, and walkway. We’re delighted with their service. Our place is tall and close to our neighbours with a metal roof and multiple skylights. Alex and Nico were professional, courteous and respectful with our neighbours, worked steadily and left our windows shining. We will call them again next year.

We used Shack Shine for the first time to clean our 4 story building, windows, flashing, patio glass & railings, entrance & garages gates and power wash our walkways and underground garage. It was a big and challenging job requiring 2 full days work.Caio and Mel did a great job. They were professional, courteous and friendly. They really put in the extra effort to clean the tough stains and hard to reach areas on the building. They did a great job. I called Shack Shine to clean our glass patio awning cover. Over COVID, it had become very dirty and was in great need of a good clean.Cam sent me a text message to confirm our appointment and was punctual when he arrived. The quote was reasonable, but what was really awesome was the service! Cam was so friendly and genuine, but he also very knowledgeable. He was very honest in answering all my questions, which I very much appreciated.He was very meticulous in his cleaning of the glass awning and did an excellent job making sure that the glass was clean, even on the edges. I also really appreciated Shack Shine's attention to safety. We chatted about if he had to go on our roof, how he would be sure to wear the appropriate safety harness fall protection gear.I will definitely hire them again to clean our awning each year, and will be calling them later in the summer to clean our gutters. Cam also told me that they install Christmas lights in the winter time!I would definitely recommend Shack Shine, especially Cam!

The guys cleaned our roof from accumulated moss and cleaned our gutters and roof skylights : all jobs beyond my ability. They were incredibly efficient, courteous and helpful. The standard of work was flawless. I would recommend them without hesitation

Vitor and Lucas both helped a lot with setting the area up. They were here well before they were required to be which was so nice to see. They even helped close the heavy light well we have which was so helpful. And the area they did looks great as well! Thank u guys!
