Escents Aromatherapy

Their customer service is just awful. Escents sends unsolicited emails and won't stop. Even after you request 8+ times for them to do so. It doesn't matter if you request them to stop sending emails via webform, email, or phone.

I would give this company NO STARS if I could. I ordered a reed diffuser with the Ivrea scent (200ml)on December 30 2018. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received it so I called numerous times as well as left many messages, but no one EVER answered or called back. I also sent emails inquiring about my purchase but again no reply. After 5 weeks I still hadn’t received my order and no word from Escents, I reached out to the Better Business Bureau. Even they were ignored by this awful business. So I’m out $56. Please DO NOT buy from this company. It is now February 25 2019 and I still haven’t received anything from them. This company is a scam. The Coquitlam Centre store closed down and now the main office/warehouse on United Blvd Coquitlam is my go-to place. It has a retail section filled with great products and lots of great deals! It’s worth the drive out to get some goodies. Great gift ideas here too. The owner Jacqui is knowledgeable and offers great advice. Plenty of free parking in front of the store.
