I have been a client of Soben for almost 2 decades. The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. Being diabetic for most my life, they have walked me step by step to ensure I fill out the correct paperwork and notify me if something is missing or incorrect. If people are upset it's because they don't ask questions and/or read their benefit guide. I specifically want to shout out to Sean who has always made the time to speak to me and process all my claims in a timely manner.

Soben has been great for me. I'm so grateful to have had coverage for 18 months during the most challenging part of the pandemic lockdowns. I have used this Soben benefis for years now. In hospitality there's no other benefit coverage greater than Soben.From it's comprehensive drug plan, paramedical, unlimited physiotherapy, to the eye glasses and the dental office.. I've have nothing but positive experiences from the welcoming front desk to incredible dental technicians in dentists. If I had and issue,Ike scheduling it has been quickly solved. I highly recommend
