Honestly this store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, I was there 30 minutes before closing and was about to check out. The cashier closed the lights 10 minutes before closing and I was upstairs in a corner, I could not see anything it was so dark. As I came downstairs she asked me if I was buying anything, I told her I was not longer purchasing my items and proceeded to put them away due to the safety hazard of walking down a flight of stair in pitch dark. If your store closing hours are advertised for 7 pm, you shouldn’t be closing the lights at 6:50 pm, especially not before checking if there are people in the store. I was upstairs with 4 other clients who had similar complaints. After mentioning I wouldn’t buy anything the cashier didn’t even apologize for the safety hazard.

Best go to place for any party theme decor, and everyone is so kind! It’s my go to :)

I do not recommend this company at all. They are not professional , they do not communicate with customers, they do not give you any type of follow-up. We have tried to make an order from Spain, the delivery man did not even bother to enter the building, taking into account that we made an express request to deliver the order to reception, the balloons were wrapped in a plastic bag, The greeting card was not in the package. Horrible.

When I went to this store I felt welcome and loved by the manager. I felt like she was my family, and she loves us and cares about us and treats us like her own. I found this service amazing. Their products are very rich and amazing. Overall y oh guys should go to this lol store and have the best party decos in the world.

I came to this place on Monday, my moms birthday is today Saturday, I asked the attendant several times if the balloons would last until Saturday, she said yes. The balloons did not last. I called the store and they clarified that latex balloons only last 2-3 days. The attendant never told me that even if I said I could return another day. They would not replenish my balloons again and it’s quite disappointing because it costs them nothing to have a kind gesture with a client that spent $130 dollars and replenish 6 balloons and helium? I wasn’t even asking to replenish the numbers just the latex ones that cost cents. They would have won a customer for life but instead they refused to replenish my balloons for my mothers 75th even if they gave the del wrong information. I would have come back another day to get the balloons but I believed the attendant instead. Very disappointing.

This helium is top notch. Its has seen almost two months and is still floating! For fifty bucks we think think it was worth it!
