I bought a car starter here 10 years ago and I was reminded today why I have never gone back. Our remote doesn't work.The guy at the front desk ( also the guy we dealt with when we bought the starter) is very lacking in his customer service skills. Thank you for nothing and love the eye rolls .I will never go back there or recommend your business to anyone. In response to your reply, it hasn't worked perfect for 10 years but had you let me talk instead of talking over me you would know that. You run your business however you like sir but you lost a customer and any recommendations.

I highly recommend AUDIOSOURCE for great pricing and personalized service. I ordered online and the owner provided me with the tracking number but also emailed me to ensure that the package arrived and that I was satisfied. Easy transaction as this business embraces online ordering and has a sense of urgency. The personalized service sets them apart from big box outlets. Give them the opportunity to earn your business, because they earned mine and I will be a definite loyal customer.

Very disappointed with this company and their service. Have been going to them for over a decade as we like to support local businesses. This past Christmas we bought our daughter a $1000 electric scooter. We took it out once to use in the house and just took it out for the summer and the battery does not work. We were told it is our problem and we should have charged it over the winter. This was never communicated to us and a replacement is $400 online. There was zero effort to help us and instead consistent blame was put on to us, rather than any accountability from the store. The employee was rude and continued to tell us that he can guarantee we did not leave the store without instructions about the battery (with the amount of money spent, I can guarantee we are diligent people and would have listened to any instructions given). We will never be attending or recommending this store to others in the future.

Audiosource (Dan) was incredibly helpful! I purchased a Pro-ject turntable for a shiny penny at another establishment and they totally left me out to dry when the product was giving me issues. The very same turntable was at Audiosource so I called them for troubleshooting, both for the Bluetooth and the direct line-in. Without skipping a beat Dan assisted me, when he absolutely did not have to. This is what I call PROPER customer service! His suggestions worked, and he even went above and beyond by proving me with the link to get particular cables — I'm disappointed I didn't purchase from him to begin with because he deserves my business far more than Gibby's Electronic.Thank you, Dan!

Simple process to buy, great after sales service and honesty. Was looking for focal tweeters for my car. The cheapest I found online were $100 usd plus shipping and possibly import duty. No one had them locally. A friend from Kitchener recommended Audiosource and surprisingly they had the tweeters in stock for $110 cdn. Moreover, only $10 for shipping to Vaughan the next day!
