This clown is swerving all over the 401 for the last ten klics texting while driving over the speed limit in the hammer lane hitting the shoulder almost side swiped a car in the middle lane. Perhaps do a better job of hiring

Called 4 days in advance to reserve a towable auger but today when I went to pick it up they didn't have any available. What's the point of allowing customers to reserve when you won't have the product available? I rented a pickup truck just for this purpose. This was my first time trying to rent from them and now obviously the last time as well. If it wasn't for Home Depot my entire day would have been wrecked. The person at the reception said he'll let the manager know but what good does that do for me? I hope they get their act together.

Required two lifts to be delivered by 7am on a Tuesday. Because they couldn't guarantee 7am, they delivered on Monday morning but the rental period did not start until the Tuesday as per original request.
