Pre-ordered a case of One Piece Romance Dawn on 1/9/2023 and am still getting the run-around 5 months later 6/19/2023. I have attempted to e-mail and call the store, and ended up cancelling my order 7 days ago as of writing this review. Whoever answers the phone at the store just keeps saying It's not up to the owner to refund you or not". I ask for the owners contact information and he says "it's on the website". When I point out there is no phone number on the website contact page

Preordered a case of One Piece TCG Romance Dawn case back in December 2022. Original delivery date was Feb, then delayed to March. Now its late June and I haven’t heard any update for months. I have requested multiple times for refund. I called in and emailed all I got is “please wait patiently for your refund and we will reach out to you”. I probably will never get my refund. This is basically stealing. How they still in business is funny as I will escalate for a police report.

Can't even refund 6$. I ordered three times. Decided to go shipping - and for that one time, they gave me the wrong card. Was told to ship it back/go there to exchange (nope not even in store credit refund)... being local, I decided to visit them and get the correct card. They didn't have it... they said they will refund the 6$. It been almost two months and I still haven't received any refund. Was apparently already escalated to the manager when I chat with the employee on the site. I really want to like this store as they are the only TCG in downtown but unless this is fixed, they've lost a potential long time buyer. Time to shop at Walmart.

Absolute robbery, you couldn't pay me to buy from here. I would explain my story but it seems like every other review already does. If you don't get the picture, what ever you buy from them be sure you're ready to lose the money it's a absolute joke. I have no idea how this is even legal or how they are even in business. I ask for my product they don't give a straight answer, they tell me to refund, I ask for a refund, and I don't even get the refund. If there is a petition to put them out of business please contact me for a signature.

(Not) Surprised to see many others in the same boat. Pre-ordered a product, MONTHS LATER AND NO PRODUCT AND SLOW AF FOR A REFUND. Had to go through my credit card company for the rest of my refund. WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN! WON'T EVEN TAKE A PEEK AT YOUR WEBSITE.

Great staff! Totally there to help you with a smile and a story to share if not busy.The store has various table top games and large long tables to host events on a regular basis. Check out their website for dates and times because there are many and they are frequent.For MTG players they sell some complete Uncommon/Common sets and usually have a stash of pre-release kits if interested in something different.They also stock lots of used bundle boxes for card storage.I've scored a bunch of shoe box 1600 dual slot card board storage boxes from them when nobody had them in stock.They also sell old school Nintendo games and it's fun to walk through the section like it was the games section of a video store from the 80s.

I have the same problem as a lot of people here,Pre-ordered one piece boxes and never received them. Im telling you guys, call the OPC, do a formal notice (mise en demeure), and start suing them.The owner Gregoire Thibault needs to take responsibility, because he got away with a lot of money.Yes, it takes a little bit of time, but its worth the energy.

Ordered cards from Three Kings two months ago. Error on their website resulted in payment going through but no order number being given. I paid through PayPal so I was able to provide everything they would need to resolve the issue either through a refund or store credit or sending the cards I ordered. I’ve been trying to get help for two months and every time I message them they say they’ll get back to me and never do. Poor customer service, I strongly recommend finding an alternative store.
