Rohit Communities | The Towns Single Family Homes, Duplexes and Townhomes

We bought our home through Rohit in July.Brendan was fantastic to say the least!He was very helpful and still attends to our needs till date!He worked pretty hard to help us meet up with our preferred closing date.Sam has also been great with attending to our house needs.I will definitely recommend Rohit and Brendan!Great job guys!

Love my first home in Canada from Rohit. The Towns is a great community. Staff were good to deal with. Home met my expectations. Price was less than other builders and easy process. Branden and Miles helped us with our purchase.

We moved into a Dakota just over a month ago. The process of buying and moving in was smooth. We love our new house and the way Rohit builders managed the space to give enough room where you need it. We've not had any problems, and the Rohit team has been good at following up to make sure everything was Ok. I will definitely recommend Rohit to anybody who wants to purchase a high quality home without breaking the bank.

We bought a house from Rohit in 2021.There was a contract to put cement up from the front door to the side door.I waited a year to complete the sidewalk, and several times I contacted Rohit to ask about the sidewalk this year, but they were dragging their feet, then my husband got a phone call from them.They said it's impossible to complete this year.Now we have to wait for two years.I'm really disappointed in this situation.

The homes are truly magazine-worthy! The floorplans are purposefully designed keeping in mind smallest of the details, for instance, a bonus room and laundry on second floor, exterior finishes giving a townhome feel of a large estate home. Also loved the designer interiors that come standard. The homes are attainably priced as well!

Got a house with Rohit and when they laid the sod they laid down dead sod with 2 inch gaps in between the strips of sod. Every person that saw it couldn’t believe how bad it was and couldn’t believe Rohit wouldn’t fix it. They had a policy where if you reported your yard was done poorly within 24 hours they’d fix it. I reported it within hours of the sod being laid(with pictures) and then Rohit didn’t come out for over 48 hours and said it looked bad because I “didn’t care for it”.They also must’ve used the cheapest carpet imaginable as we’ve been living here 1.5 years and the carpet already needs to be replaced. Oh and a nice bonus is my back door barely opens and closes anymore…And lastly 2 of my closet doors have already broken.Houses are cheap but it’s for a reason. I’d avoid them.

Brendan at Rohit was an absolute delight to work with and we are so in love with our new home. The whole process was made easy and he was there to answer all questions we had along the way. The layout of the Borealis is so functional and all of the finishing's are gorgeous. We love it so much, Thanks Brendan!

Terrible experience , misrepresentations and hidden clauses , they will force you to remove rights so that you end up being at their mercy. They will sell you an uncompleted home and tell you it’s a supply chain issue. Please stay away from this company .
