Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport

Quebec City airport has done alot of major upgrades over the past year to benefit passengers with better choice of food fare. Added is Blaxton and A&W to mention a few. Having both either for early morning breakfast for early departures is great with a fine selection of menu items.This airport although not large it still has capacity to support all major airlines.Parking facility 5 level garage attached to the main airport is ideal especially during Quebec winters. Outside ground level parking is also available.

I never give airports 5 stars, as I've learned throughout my travels over the years to never have high expectations for airports, and that airport staff usually doesn't reflect how people in the rest of the region are like. I was VERY surprised! Airports always stress me out, but this was by far the most pleasant airport I've ever traveled through. Everyone is so polite and respectful here. It's clear they genuinely DO care about tourists. And the restaurants and lounges are so nice and comfortable. I had one of my best meals in Quebec at this airport. They gave me so much food, I couldn't eat it all. Airport diners are usually the most expensive, but I only paid $19 for my dish, where in the city I was paying $22 and getting only a quarter of the portion, they give here. Also, I always have problem with the WiFi at other airports, but here it was so easy to access.This should be a model for other airports to follow. Toronto could certainly learn from it.The customs machines are a bit difficult to operate though. It's hard to do the proper pose for the camera, when you have to read the instructions that are on the screen. And if your picture doesn't print/get taken, the machine won't let you redo the process. But thankfully the customs people are super chill. But you really need two people for the machine, so one person can relay the instructions to you while you pose for the photo.

Kind staff and brand new facilities.Also, a lady bus driver was so kind.It made me have a very good first impression of Quebec and Canada.I really recommend using YQB [Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport] if you have a chance.

The airport is very easy to navigate. Car rentals was a bit of a mess though. No employee there for dropping off your car so you had to line up again to hand in your keys. Good thing we gave ourselves plenty of time.

My review would based on the airport by itself, not food or stores feedbacks. So I should start from arriving from PHL on Thursday morning, first noticeable differences the cleanliness and friendly bilingual staff. Smooth and amazingly fast customs check! And smart carry on pick up is before customs. I think it’s very smart.When you are out of airport building and looking for taxi, just go to right and cross the road and you will find on the left a small building, inside you will meet friendly staff who will call taxi for you! So organized.Departing was smooth and fast too! The WiFi worked perfect! Strong enough for games and etc. Also me and husband liked the modern style, and yes we saw a big line in the bar, but we usually don’t like to drink in airports...So for us this experience traveling in and out was great!

This is a very nice airport. It was clean, surprisingly quiet, and the customs officers were very friendly. Calling for an Uber was extremely easy and convenient.

Nice enough airport would be vastly improved by having enough workers to check bags. I’ve been in the check line for 45 minutes and there is one woman working the American Airlines gate. American Airlines should be ashamed to not properly staff their counter. There is a line of 50+ people behind me currently flooding out into the lobby.

Small yet beautifully constructed airport in the city of Quebec. Most connecting flights are through and from Montreal and States mainly Philadelphia and other locations of the States.The checking security staff is very humble and speaks both Canadian French and English.

I'm rarely impressed with airports. They're usually utilitarian and built for efficiency. There are notable examples. Like Charlotte's white rocking chairs and piano music. Here, it started with very clean, and that the seats looked different. Higher backs so even my 6'4 self was comfortable. And the rolled top would likely be supportive for me; not a usual experience.But what blew my mind was the bathroom. Absolutely the nicest one in any airport
