I couldn't have had a better experience at Zagros. I went into every shoe store in that mall looking for plain black boots that I could wear with my strict uniform work policy and none of them had anything close to the variety Zagros did.Mustafa was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient as I tried on a variety of sizes and styles, all with a warm smile and friendly character. I'm not from Ottawa but I plan on going back and trying on more shoes next time I have the chance!

Mustafa's customer service was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. It felt like a custom shopping experience with how attentive he was to our requests and needs.The quality of the shoes are amazing and well worth the price. Mostly foreign shoes (France, German, etc) that are unique and well crafted.We will absolutely be coming back!
