Friendly staff, great classes and clean. The place actually smells good compared to many yoga studios where this is not the case. I have gone to several studios in Montreal and this is my favorite. Sunday classes'@4:30 with Melissa are the best in town. A must try! (Jenny's classes are also amazing!)

I've been coming to Yoga Lounge Montreal pretty much since it first opened and am very happy with the studio. I enjoy the variety and high number of classes available on the schedule. The instructors are all wonderful people and very helpful. I definitely feel like my practice has improved steadily over the years and it is due to the attention given. I highly recommend this studio to everyone.

There are no better yoga studios. The teachers are great and knowledgeable, access to hot yoga and non-hot, and the only place I know to do wall yoga. Highly recommend.

These people are thieves. Don’t waste your time or money there. When I used to go to this place, they were docking two classes of mine at a time rather than one every 3-4x I’d attend and I caught on after months of keeping receipts and I even brought it up to a sales lady in the last time I went to confront her with said information.Because I still had two classes left (according to them), I acquiesced to come back there after 3 years because my mother wanted my two passes. The fact that they weren’t transferable wasn’t what ticked me off, it was the fact that my passes that were supposed to remain intact until 2035, which is on their receipts btw, had apparently deactivated as I hadn’t attended their scammy studio in 2+ years. And if I wanted to reactivate them, I’d have to buy 5 more classes.Naturally I declined that horrid offer and my two passes are still at their mercy. There’s no way I’m buying more classes to go somewhere where I’d receive one less of what I’d purchased.The owners of the studio didn’t even like their own classes and go to the hyper intense Friday 9 am power flow at MODO in the plateau. I saw them there on several occasions.I’m giving 2 stars rather than one because there’s one good yoga teacher there. Can’t believe this place is still running.

Love that place! Teachers are amazing. I used to go years ago and started again not too long ago. Life happened. So happy to be back it’s my zen moment out of my chaotic life!

I've been coming to this studio for years. It offers a warm, friendly atmosphere and a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels.

I havent yet been to the yoga lounge but I heard its amazing and from what Ive seen and the people I have spoken to really nice people. They have a smoothie bar section. Definitely worth checking out and trying their home-made, natural, high protein smoothies. They have a variety of flavors for smoothies, shakes, and tea bombs. They even have coffee. Very low in calories and really good for meal replacements and yes of course very delicious!!!!
