You guys should really stop talking about your personal lives. It's very inappropriate from a customer point of view. I work in retail myself. When a customer comes into my shop, I do not talk about my personal life while they are right infont of me.This should be reviewed. I dont want to hear what you did at the bar on the weekend.I do like the food and the drinks. You do a good job. But this should be reviewed.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered some food but they said no food AT ALL meanwhile it was only 6:15pm. Freaking purchasing 2 cups of ice coffee and got yelled at.

Was in line behind a customer who placed his order, the lady behind the counter was very rude and could tell that she was getting impatient...she got so frustrated rolled her eyes sighing at the customer.Service industry is all about giving the best to whoever comes to you. I am very dissapointed...this is unacceptable! If you dont like working with people, find another job.

The cups have been tampered the manager should look into this the cups have been looked at who ever the manager is I suggest you look into who is doing it’s not fair to the customer who might win a prize

Multiple times Now I’ve ordered something and paid and then they tell me after I’ve been waiting for 5-10 minutes that they are out and I have to go through the hassle of a refund. The new guy there is very slow at doing simple tasks. Worst Tim’s in tbay hands down

Always out of products. Rude customer service.I've been willing to give this location slack due to the fact it is in a mall. But today was the last straw. I went to order a medium icecap to be told that they had no medium cups left and that I could get a larger or a small. Besides the fact that I saw there was medium cups (I'm not blind) I ordered a large. Only for her not to mix the drink correctly and leave alot of syrup on the bottom of the cup.

I ordered a small French Vanilla Cap. only to find out it went up .40 cents a cup. I asked when did that happen? only to be snapped at by the young employee yesterday". to me that is robbery."

This is the worst tims in the city by far. Refuse to make food for people all the time even though they dont close for two hours. Orders are messed up often and the staff are rude.
