Balloon Boy
This was a terrible experience, asked for a teddy bear with 3 get wells balloon attached, got a marshmallow puff with a candle on the top of it with some dreadful looking balloons (red and black l) not even tied on and a bug in the bottom of the box. He then sent me a text sewaring ot me for not sending his money yet. The worst mess ever. Never use hi!

Jamie is AWESOME! Super friendly and easy going. He delivered our balloons to our store so we did not have to worry about pick up on our busy sale day. He is punctual and does quality work. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares about his customers. Top notch service, we will always use Balloon Boy!

The BEST and I mean the BEST balloon arrangement for the price I've ever ordered from or received!!!! I was literally shocked when I saw the picture of how big the arrangement was for the price..Im in Winnipeg and ordered from here to send my daughter a birthday balloon arrangement in Kingston Ontario. 1st the kindness and service I received is impeccable , 2nd they deliver on Sundays, 3rd they attached an extra gift and a birthday balloon hat for free!!! and my daughter mentioned how kind and nice he was when it was delivered. I had also sent her an arrangement from a local shop in Kingston last year and there is no comparable.. I would highly highly highly recommend.Thank you balloon boy.

Firstly, I called just as the closing hour struck and it rang through to voicemail. within minutes HE CALLED ME BACK!!We discussed what I wanted and with conversations leading up to valentines day we got everything sorted out. Showed up for delivery on time with everything i asked for and then some. Great job to Jamie!!! I never thought i would need a balloon guy" but here we are!!"

Awesome customer service!!! My dad celebrated his 85th birthday and we were unable to be with him due to the pandemic. We wanted to do something special! Jamie was so pleasant to deal with. He even offered to pick up our cake we ordered and delivered it with the balloon bouquet! The balloons were very nice and affordable! Thanks again! Would highly recommend using Balloon Boy for your next special event!!!

I ordered a $75 balloon bouquet to be delivered. He told me delivery was free. I received 3 regular size balloons,3 Small balloons 1large get well soon balloon and what I didn’t ask for a cup/mug and a balloon with wow on it. I would have preferred more regular balloons.I asked for cork screw balloons (which I didn’t get) and I sent a picture, so he knew what I wanted. And he said no problem. I’m very disappointed and won’t use this company again for a purchase unseen delivery.

Choosing Jamie for our grand opening was the best decision! He was able to make my vision come to life with only 24 hours notice with very little direction. He delivered everything on site with no hassle! He worked within our budget and people were raving about the balloons! 100% would recommend you will NOT be disappointed here
