Honestly, I was surprised. I knew they were good for paint, but I never imagined how many resources and how much knowledge was available inside. Literally returned plastic wallpaper removers to Kent's because SW had metal versions for the same price AND THE REPLACEMENT BLADES. I didn't even know they sold the blades separately in general.The staff was also helpful in every way providing additional feedback and resources I didn't even know I had access to (like swatch fans!). 1000/10! I will be doing all my wall finishing and future paint projects with SW.
