Prometric Testing Mississauga Center

Professional staff, well maintained place! Couldn’t ask for more for my 8 hours exam. Washrooms are located outside the center but on the same floor and very clean.

Super organized, well maintained and clean test center! I took my GRE test there 2 days ago. The officers there were nice, and the keyboard was very new, easy to type. They gave you a locker to put all your personal belongings. Also, they offer noise-cancelling headphone. Highly recommend this test center for your GRE test!!

Organized and well maintained test centre. The ladies working here are very nice. They take sanitizing and social distancing very seriously- which is fantastic- it is one less thing for me to worry about when going to give a test during the pandemic.

I did my CPH exam today at this location on 09/26/2022, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl name sujata and the other guy something named like jamad(dont know the exact name) was quite good

I always take my exams in the morning and the test center has always been a good environment. No one hovering, and not many other people taking tests in the morning so it is nice. I would recommend this test center over the other locations in Ontario.

The testing center is located in Erindale corporate center on the ground floor just left after the entrance. Washroom is located outside the center on ground floor next to building reception. Overall had a nice experience.

The staff is very strict. Too strict. There are a number of examples but the most notable one is this: they come at your desk every 5 minutes to check what you are doing. It became a bit distracting when you know someone is meticulously coming to your table every 5 minutes to see what you are doing. Since the questions on the test are timed, a distraction like this can be fatal. There really is no need for so much oversight when the staff can clearly see what is going on at each table through the overhead cameras installed for EACH table. Should that not be enough? There is no way we can cheat when you have inspected every reasonable part of our body and asked us to put our belongings outside the room. I found another testing center much more reasonable which was not run by Prometric.

I had my exam here about a month ago and prior to my visit here, I struggled to find any sort of information about this centre. In this review, I'll give you the key points needed for this centre specifically.This Prometric centre has ample parking available and is located on the ground floor of the tall blue building. As soon as you enter the building, turn left and you'll see the doors to the Prometric centre. Additionally, washrooms are on on the opposite side of the centre near the security desk, but still within the building.On entering you will be asked by a member of administration for two pieces of identification, your name, and what exam you are writing. You will receive keys to a locker where you can store all the items that you are unable to take into the actual exam room. Additionally, this is the time where you can ask whatever questions you have about testing rules, regulations, timings, break timings etc., that are pertinent to your exam. The lockers can fit a medium sized backpack comfortably.You will also be given a ziploc bag in which you are to place your two forms of ID (placed back to back and visible) and must carry this inside the examination room.After you have placed your items in your locker, the only things you should have with you are your locker keys and ziploc bag with your IDs in it. You will then be guided to a room adjoining the main examination room. In this room you will be given a basket in which you can place your keys and IDs. You will also identify yourself again and be assigned a computer in the exam room to do your exam. However, before entering the exam room you will be made to show a staff member the insides of your pockets, your shoes, and be made to do a 360 degree turn to prove you're not carrying anything unauthorized inside the exam room.When this is complete you will be ushered into the main exam room. This room consists of a few rows of computers and desks separated by partitions. On reaching your desk, you will have noise cancelling headphones available and will be made to do an optional tutorial to understand the software. If you are able to function a regular keyboard, mouse and computer monitor you will have no problems understanding the tutorial. The text on the monitor is large and easy to read. Additionally the mouse and keyboard are standard. As a side note, if you would like to visit this prometric centre ahead of time to see the entire testing, security and examination process you can also book a dry run" through the official website or calling the centre for more information.The temperature in the examination room is comfortable

Good testing center. Very good precautions for Covid due to distancing and sanitizing everything They let me start early as well. Environment was quiet even without the headphones.
