Worst service ever, make no attempts to contact customer, when i tried to contact them they laughed at me, made me feel like a liar and hung up on me while talking. Dont reccomend at all. Will never use again. So unprofessional.

They stole the contents of my package. The item was delayed and when it arrived the shipping manifest was gone and the box had been resealed with fedex tape. The items I ordered were gone.I am taking this complaint all the way to the top and I hope you thieves get found out and charged.

Worst customer service. One the phone 3 days in a row with 4 different agents and all promised that the package will be delivered or they will call back with the resolution of the problem and neither of the two has happened. I don't recommend them and will seek other companies for my shipping needs in future.

not satisfied with the service, they said they attempted to deliver my package 3 times but was only aware of one attempt and did not use my doorbell or called me at all while i was awake the whole time. the online website and app is inacurate and driver did not do anything to try to contact me or call me. i dont see how this is a customer’s fault, i was awake the whole time everyday and at home waiting for the package. will not be going to use this again.

Frustrated with them. I called them from work that is 7 hours away from my home. I informed them if I could pay the duties and my brother will be home to accept the delivery. Delivery driver shows up and doesn't release my delivery to my brother because they think it's not paid. The whole point of paying duties online is to just have it delivered when you're not home.

I visited this place specifically to send a motherboard for a RMA. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and well-informed. I handed over the package around noon, and to my delight, it reached its destination in Ontario before noon the following day. Although the cost was a little high, the service provided was truly outstanding.
