I felt ripped off, and the woman who was supposed to help me didn't speak proper English, she said because I was a student it was going going to cost 50$ and my refund was supposed to be atheist 800$ but i only received 20$ from them, I am going to ask other for advice see if I can talk to someone who speaks clear English

Selma did our taxes and was great . Pleasant to deal with and very professional and answered all our questions . Even waited for us to run home and get another document for our return .I don’t think everyone realizes how busy and over loaded H and R is city wide , we had to wait a couple weeks for our appointment but we were very happy with the service .

I used H&R block for my taxes this March and was extremely disappointed. I received my return, and then a few weeks later received a reassessment form from the CRA stating I owed about half of what I got as a return. This is frustrating as I paid money to have them do it correctly and they didn't. I followed up with H&R block, yet no one has called me back to inquire. Will not be using them again..

I called over a couple of weeks ago at the Rutherford location to make an appointment but the receptionist was insisting I just drop off cause it will only take a “week” same wait time as an appointment. I said no I’ll make an appointment. Started giving my info and having to repeat myself several times because he was not understanding and it’s not like I was speaking fast. It got too frustrating so said never mind I’ll just drop off. Dropped off and now it’s been over 2 weeks. Called about an update and they were not helpful at all.

They told me “we will call you in 2 days to maximum 2 weeks” and its been a month and my taxes are not ready yet, I took my paper back to do it by myself

I had gone there a few days before and picked up a form.Went today and met a rude woman manning the front desk.Refused to help me at all? I then asked for the disabilty form she stated they do not carry them I do not know what you want...cut me off short in mid sentence thurday27 of April/23...Will not be returning.Rutherford mall or North town center..

I was really impressed by how quick the process was, few minutes to fill in details, and within three days, the tax was filed. HR did an amazing job!! The staff was pleasant to talk to, esp the CSP who cleared all my doubts with extreme patience. Thank you so much guys.
