Vet to Pet Mobile

My sister brought our cat in today to get spayed. She’s never gone outside unless on a leash, and that was maybe only twice for a couple minutes. And the other cats we have are fixed. Not to mention females. Yet they said they couldn’t spay her because she was ‘pregnant’. How does a cat that hasn’t gone outside off a leash, away from every other cat, end up pregnant. And would only speak to my sister after she paid an almost $300 consultation fee.

Dr Kim and her staff have been friendly and accommodating ever since we started taking our two dogs there for their medical/vaccination needs, often on short notice. Just a couple weeks ago, one of our doggos got stung/bit by something. The sting became infected and a massive abscess formed behind her eye. Dr Kim was able to take her in on short notice to perform surgery in order to drain the abscess. We followed her instructions for aftercare and our girl is now fully recovered.Very happy with our experiences at Vet to Pet.

Not a great experience with Dr Kim. Tried to book an appointment to put down our dog and could not get a quote.Later received an exploitative estimate of around $800? Mike and staff at BV Animal Hospital are more caring and genuine. He also can perform the same procedure for a fraction of the cost(about 1/3).While living in Kim’s neighbourhood it was unpleasant to have her and the yappy dog factory as a neighbour.You asked for $400 deposit without giving a quote. $800/hr evening rate sounds pretty sweet.You put down our friend Toni’s dog not too long ago for a much different price. Hence this review.Why are your rates nearly triple?If you’d like to discuss further let me know.

Rude staff, they all talk about the owners behind their backs. The vet is in it for the money not to help anyone or any pet. She puts down other peoples dogs when hers don’t behave well at all. She treats her staff and their pets like garbage. They treat you like you know nothing and like you don’t care for your animal.

Dr. Kim and her staff are great - both with their human and animal clients. Dr. Kim listens and is open to hearing what you have to say and our gut feelings on the well-being of our pets. Highly recommend and I have been to numerous clinics around western Canada with my pets.

Brought my daughters 8 month old kitten to be spayed and first shots done. She is an INDOOR CAT and has never escaped outside well I get a call that she's ready for pick up and that she was pregnant. How in the Hell does a indoor cat get pregnant. I would know if my cat got outside. And to talk dr. HUNTER to ask questions she wanted me to PAY a consultation fee after I just spent $242 do not recommend especially if your pet is female.

When you are paying top dollar for animal services you should not have to hear that your pet breed is not worth having. Our 9 week old puppy is apparently 'untrainable' according to the vet as well as the receptionist. Apparently next time she'll have to be sedated because we can't train her - she's 9 weeks old and is perfectly well behaved (she sits, lays, comes, does heel, well mannered)...
