I recently purchased some furniture here and my experience was great. I highly recommend asking for Rod, he was always helpful and friendly through the whole process. It was unfortunate that they did not have people on staff to deliver and set up. Seems it is hard for everyone to find workers these days. I would absolutely go see Rod again, for my next furniture purchase!

Just bought a new sofa and it was a great experience. First of all, the delivery service they use are exceptional. Two young guys delivered it and were incredibly nice and helpful. They insisted on taking off their shoes even after we said to leave them on. They were concerned that the sofa might scratch the floor and put on felt protectors. We had some. They made sure everything worked and answered all of our questions before they left. The store personal we’re friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to go.

I was referred to City Furniture as the top store to deal with to purchase some new furniture. I found their selection and pricing to be very competitive. My sales rep. Colinda was amazing to deal with. She took the time to listen what I wanted and needed and provided great advice and recommendations, including recommending a bed with storage beneath it. Colinda identified what was in stock as well, which surprisingly was most things. As I was only in town for a couple of days, Colinda went above and beyond to arrange for delivery the next day!!! The delivery team were on time, friendly and efficient. The entire process was smooth and hassle free. I will definitely refer CF&A and Colinda to all my friends and associates!

We have bought a stove, beds, leather sofa and chair and a leather chair. I always return because the prices are right, the service is low key, polite and informed. I have never seen so many welcoming smiles. Delivery is clean, quick, competent and always polite. Staff always go the extra mile, which I truly appreciate. City Furniture West Kelowna is our favourite place to buy our appliances & furniture. From couches to bedroom sets, mattresses and all our kitchen appliances. I had to replace some appliances this year. I was doing my due diligence and requested multiple quotes, checking product reviews etc. lots of regulations and ‘maybe’ the product would be available. I decided to go to City Furniture and within 20 minutes, they provided me with the lowest quote, the quality brand I wanted and arranged for delivery and installation within a week. Super impressed. I’ve always ended up at City Furniture and I should have just started there! Thank you to sales expert Kam and installation company. It was a smooth transaction with zero stress. Highly recommend - West Kelowna.Installation was professional within the price quoted.
