I can’t recommend Endicott Fuels to enough people for commercial and residential needs. I had my new built house connected with Endicotts with propane and they offered quick and prompt service and they have competitive if not unbeatable prices. Since then I now have all my commercial fuels with Endicotts. Dealing with Alan the salesman is an awesome experience, responsive and committed to offering the best customer service experience possible.11 out of 10 stars

The first time I ever used them I paid for a half fill over the phone by credit card as that’s all I needed! They decided to fill it all the way and not tell me or ask, just send me the bill and say the delivery driver wasn’t paying attention?The second time I was harassed about payment before they had even come to deliver? They made me feel like they were expecting me not to pay? Terrible way to treat your customers!Low and behold it’s been three winters now and the lady on the phone still always makes a point of harassing me on the phone while I’m out at running errands with my three kids, telling me I had to pay over the phone first before they came?I had to explain I wasn’t available to do that at this exact moment as I had my hands full and my card was at home, (might i mention this is the 4th time something similar has happened with them) and she said they would need to cancel the delivery.Wow, they must have a terrible history of being ripped off or something to treat me this way even after three years? Unbelievable - I unfortunately have no choice but to keep using this company because we rent and our landlord uses them!They really need to learn a new approach with their values customers!!!!

Endicott fuels is very reputable and reliable company. I’ve been dealing with them for the last 20 years and never had an issue even once. I don’t know what some of the people with bad reviews are talking about?! but it seems like it doesn’t take much for one to get upset nowadays..!I would recommend them over any other fuel delivery business in the area any day!!!!!

they have absolutely no trust in their customers, to the point that even if they have made a payment online they will let their customers sit with no heat for two to 3 days in below zero temperatures.

Our house is in a fairly hard place to access in the winter and right from day 1, 4 years ago, Endicott has managed to provide reliable service. We have never come close to running out, which is important as we have an automatic standby generator for power outages. Friendly office staff and friendly, courteous delivery drivers. We highly recommend using them.

Have not ever used Endicott, but after talking to Alan today I am strongly leaning towards moving to them for my needs. Hoping that the quality of service is near the care that I received from Alan to my questions. Being self employed for the last 40+ years, customer service is an important piece of the puzzle when making a choice of who to do business with. Alan surpassed my expectations. Will follow up in a few months with an update.

I had called up and setup propane installation. 2 weeks later after calling for 3 days they decide to tell me there not hooking anything up for me and now im without heat for the winter!!!! I have nothing good to say. They also wanna charge more for fuel if they think you wont use as much as they feel is enough. Price went from 80 cent liter. To 55 when i said i would use more then they thought. Never use them or call these people ever again!!

If you are driving and see an Endicott fuel truck watch out they will pretend to drive you off the road for fun.

I had a bittersweet experience. As a status 'Indian' under the Indian act, I had informed them when booking my services. I was told it wouldn't be an issue. The delivery and service in itself was great but when I went to pay the invoice I was informed they would not process the tax exemption unless DELIVERY IS ON THE RESERVATION. Most retailers and status Indians are aware of the 5% federal tax and the Finance Treasurer makes this information available to all retailers. I was surprised the woman who processed my invoice was absolutely adimant not to honor my exemption and I was told to file it separately to the treasurer (we all know this is a ridiculous process). This review is simply a heads up to those seeking to use tax exemption. In the future I will be seeking services elsewhere based on this discrimination.
