Rob and Kevin came to our home and gave us a ballpark estimate to repair our basement floor drain. I liked the fact that Rob gave me an honest opinion whether or not he'd fix it if he was in my shoes.In the end, I'm very satisfied with their service. They also completed the work in less time and the cost came in under the original estimate (when they learned they didn't need to fix the trap). Highly recommend!

The contractor came on time to remove the old tub and install the new shower basin and prep the shower taps. However, there were several deficiencies in the work that a professional plumber who takes pride in his work would not have done:The shower basin was not properly centred because he would have had to move the existing drain a half inch. Instead the tile contractor had to build out one side making the finished product off centre.No spray foam sealant was used to reduce the squeaks in the shower basin.The plumber did not properly brace part of the shower taps leaving it to the tile contractor to finish that work and leaving the liability for the plumbers work to the tile contractor.One of the water pipes was not installed on a 90 degree angle which meant that the temporary plastic cap he left was not properly screwed in and that resulted in a water leak that damaged the ceiling below.And they didn't clean up their work, leaving garbage and clips behind for the next contractor to clean up.On top of that the price was extremely high for 4.5 hours of work.Not a happy customer.

I had Ed and couple other guys come by to fix some of the issues we were having with our plumbing and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. They were extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this team!

We had our bathroom faucet replaced today. The job was done well. The tradesperson was efficient and professional. The only caveat is that we found it a little expensive.

This is a fantastic company. We've used them a few times. Just yesterday we needed an urgent plumbing repair. When I called and left a voice mail message, they returned my call within the hour. The next morning they were at my house and did the repair. I can't say enough about their terrific service.

2 stars because it didn’t leakI came home to 2 plumbers fixing a hose bib. My landlord had called them.They had to cut a hole in a ceiling that was already damaged which was no big deal but they left all the debris for me to clean up(insulation, dry wall pieces etc) First time I’ve seen a contractor not volunteer to clean up.I questioned about a shut off valve to be installed on the inside for the future in case the hose bib leaks again. I was brushed off as it was unnecessary. Why wouldn’t they use a better plumbing practice and bill my landlord for it. Would have taken maybe an extra 2mins to sweat a valve in. Easily another $50-100 added to that bill. But they were in a big hurry to leave and clearly did not care what I thought.I should have done it myself and told my landlord to wait until I was able to

Fast, efficient, polite, reasonable. They took our information over the phone promptly without putting us on hold, promised to call back when they were arriving, which they did within 2 hours of our emergency call. The servicemen were polite and professional. I highly recommend them

I would recommend getting a second opinion before having them do any major work, as I saved $500. The plumber said I would have to break drywall to expose a pipe for work he needed to do - just for a simple blockage in the kitchen sink drain line. That sounded bizarre, so I called another well known company. A worker came out, and cleared the blockage quickly. And I didn't have to break down any drywall...
