Animal Care Clinic is absolutely fantastic! They are kind and very knowledgeable and professional. My puppy Charlie loves them all! They genuinely care about him and it shows!

They always make you feel like part of your extended family. Highly recommended for all your pet needs.

The Animal Care Clinic has been caring for my dog for years now, and I landed on them after trying 3 other vets without finding a good fit. They are so attentive and passionate here. If that isn't enough, when my car wouldn't start in their parking lot, they saw me messing with it through the window and offered me a jump and a bottle of water.

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because of the staff, the doctor however was very dismissive. She didn’t take the time to properly explain to me what was needed to be known about my pet and just quickly moved on to the next patient. I payed the full price (which was pricy compared to other vets near me) the least I would expect is to be given the right attention and care. Will not be coming back here.

Terrible experience, the doctor prescribed my dog multiple unnecessary medications and failed to update my dog's medical records and I had to constantly tell them to remember to include multiple details about our visits and correct them about the vaccines my dog had received.Failed to recognize that my dog gets anxious at the clinic and made him wait for an extended period of time while they updated the records that they had entered incorrectly.

The Animal Care Clinic is a place that you can bring your pet and know they are putting your animal first. Your pet is not just a number. In my experience this is not the case with most vet clinics. I have never felt pressure to make any quick decisions, and they were open and honest with me about everything. They are very open with their costs, and have always outlined everything I am being charged for. If I cannot afford something, or have a budget in mind, they are great at showing me many alternatives. The front reception staff are also amazing. I have spoken with Robyn and Meghan a few times now, and they have always made sure (over the phone and in person) that I understand what is going on with my dog. Robyn has even stepped away to personally ask the vet a question about my dogs health. I called in earlier about my dogs ear maybe having an infection. They were quick to give me options, as well as go out of their way to email me a How-To" video on the proper way to give the ear solution

I have taken my first puppy here to get checked, and they're great here. My wife and I can tell how much they actually care about your furry family members. Bucket loves going to the vet.

Go in educated about your pet. It's breed etc. And they will listen to you.Or they will educate you if need be.That being said my Chihuaha and Rottweiler love the staff there and I do to.They know what they're doing and they really care about our pets.You can ask them anything.

These two kittens Simba & Nurah’s first vet checkup was amazing! Very friendly staff and service! The nurses were very helpful, playful and friendly to me, my daughter and the kittens as well as the vet, taking time to answer our inquiries about them & taking great care of them! They also recommended an incredible pet insurance company that gave us the best deal for both of them affordable too. Highly recommended clinic too! Thanks so much to the team!!
